National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — nh 27 kota to baran road toll complaint

Road quality is very poor on nh27 from kota to baran, and toll tax rates are very high, there are pits and holes everywhere, if accident happens due to such larges pits who is responsible??? Public is suffering, we are not able to drive properly, the is booth for collecting toll tax, if roads can not be repaired, then don't take tax at least so we can repair our vehicle at least

NHAI BANTHADI TOLL PLAZA both toilet gents and ladies not in use

We were on our way from Kandaghat to Kufri via Chail on March 23, 2019. On the way, we were charged Rs 20 by Anil Associates Cont. vide receipt number 641 against toll charges. However, that long stretch of road is rough and bone-jarring. I thought the purpose of toll was to repair and maintain the roads. What then are these guys charging for?

Hi My name is Sumit I just have a small feedback for NHAI If somebody have a slip for round trip & He couldn't reach at right time on the toll plaza for the same date instead of advise him to take a new slip to cross the barrier you can apply penelity around 10 percent of total fee of toll slip
