Hello,
It is quite annoying to see regular vehicles are passing by through fastag lanes. What is the difference in implementing such program to save consumer time? When asked the toll gate persons, they were rude saying that we can go and compaint where ever we want. I mean the response is so ridiculous. Icici & fastag team has to respond to me on this without which i will file a case agaist you in consumer court having read all t&c as per agreed clauses at the time of subscription
