Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the Raje Toll Plaza (T-2) which is situated in NH-57, Bihar, there is no operating procedure that is being followed by the toll staff.

On Dated 17/03/2022 when i reached to toll plaz, i have found that a vechile which was not carrying fast tag entered into the fast tag Land and toll plaza people asked him to pay the double as per new rule, person denied and toll plaza people asked each one to go back and same vechile has been permitted to pass through the line which having no fast tag. this whole drama took 15 minutes and no single vechile has been allowed to go through the same line. i have checked and found same thing is happening with other lanes and vechile is going on reverse and toll plaza people allowing every one to go back and take another lane.
i have experience same problem 3 months back and in that time also toll plaza people forcefully asked every one to go back and take another lane.

i have also asked Toll plaza team to come with their higher management and allow me to go as i had a valid fast tag on my car but the staff, that was working their was totally reluctant and asked ( Jo karna hai kar lo, Gadi Piche le jane pargi aur dusre lane me jaakar FAST TAG katwao warna saari raat ise lane me khare raho) He also added that ( Number main deta hun NHAI ka jisko call karna hai kar lo kuch nahi hone wala, yahan wahi hoga jo main kahunga)

With respect to the above it is humble request to kindly make a proper process for same and not left toll plaza on the shoulder o[censored]n-trained people who doesn't make a difference between right or wrong and behaving rudly even though our concern was correct.
