National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — regarding unnecessary harassment at kot karora kalan toll plaza serial no 418 (toll plaza id 314012), talwandi bhai, punjab

Dear sir please refer to subject cited above. Today (21 Jan 2020) I was travelling from Gurdaspur to Faridkot on my own car. On my way I have crossed 2 toll plaza one at Kathunagal and other at Shreon successfully with the help of fastag which affixed on my front glass (windshield). But when I reached at above said toll plaza then their staff asked please give money in cash but I said them to scan my fastag. Then they scan my fastag with their own personal equipment and told me that your car is blacklist and also told me that their is no money in your fastag and pay money in cash. I immediately show them balance in my fastag which was four times then their toll amount. Then they start harassing me by saying that give me money only in cash. Then I called concerned official on Toll Plaza at [protected] and told them entire story but no any reply from them. So please look into the matter seriously
