National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Stopped at the KATHUWAS TOLL PLAZA Reason Cited Tag blacklist although Tag was active

Vehicle no - UP16CH0868, Fast Tag ID - 34161FA820328E40121B1E40

On 24-Jan-2022 i was stopped at the KATHUWAS TOLL PLAZA.
Operator informed me that my TAG is BLACKLISTED whereas my TAG was active.
Operator asked me to pay in CASH a sum of Rs. 70/- to cross.
After crossing the TOLL Gate I found that Rs. 35/- was deducted for my FAST TAG wallet as well.
When I crossed checked the slip found that operator cheated me and mentioned the wrong vehicle no on slip as 0886 instead of 0868.
Request you to kindly look into the matter ASAP and take necessary action against operator so that such frauds are not done in future.
Also kindly refund the sum of Rs. 70/- to me as already toll was deducted form my Fast tag.
