National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Surapattu Toll Plaza.

Dear Sir,
We request your kind attention about bad road condition of Surapattu Toll road
1. Starting from all access roads (Madavaram, Ambattur, Maduravoiyal) to the entire stretch including the toll plaza, the roads with potholes, undulated roads, patch roads are seen
2. Proper scanning of fast tag and other basic facilities including toilets (locked) are absent in the toll plaza, the Staffs are very rude and undisciplined.
3. Longer waiting time happens all day to pass through the toll.
4. Accidents occur every day but there is no ambulance facility available in toll plaza for quick attention to the users pass by.
5. In rainy seasons due to improper road conditions and water draining facilities are unplanned even though Ponds and Rivers are present in the entire stretch, gets water clogging and these is found almost throughout the year unattended
6. Dividers are at a smaller height where users cross the road blindly in between or travel in opposite direction forcing problems to users who travel in right direction
7. Cattles are found throughout the stretch of the road.
8. People cross the road from one service road to another even though barricades are present which creates risk not only to them also to the vehicles passing by

Hi sir,

Myself and wife are traveling in the highways from redhills towards telephone exchange road. While crossing the surapet toll plaza, in our fasttag there is no balance, we missed to recharge. The toll executive Mr. Monish talking rubbish to us without respect. So we went to complaint to his manager Mr. Vijay in the manager's room but he also very ruthless in his speech. Nearly 15 Executives was surrounded us. They have not helped us to take reverse the car to recharge the fasttag.

We have recharged and crossed that toll plaza. It's not matter of money. We need respect. The way of talking was very local and not respectable.
