National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll Penalty

Dear,
Sir/Madam,
Yesterday[protected], I was penalised Rs 100 at Raha Toll Plaza Assam stating that my FASTag did not have sufficient fund whereas, I had a balance of Rs370.
