I was traveling in swift dzire car towards pune and stopped to pay the toll. Toll amount was 90 rs and i gave 500 rs note. There was huge queue as the time was around 5 pm evening on sunday 16th dec. The person at the counter returned 410 rs to the person standing just outside the counter. The person standing outside the counter then returned me 410 rs and then i left the toll plaza. It is after that when i checked for the receipt there was no receipt and only 4 100 rs notes and 1 10 rs note. Then i realized the person standing outside the counter cheated me.. I could not turn back as it was not possible to return in opposite direction.. How many customers are being cheated this way.. Its total loss to the government and also thepeople who pay toll so that road conditions are improved.

Why are the operators not wanting to enter the correct vehicle number in complete, even after we insist. Pls find the attached receipt for my vehicle number AP30B4858.
If this gets captured correctly it might be helpful for lot of departments and individuals.

Hi to all, there was a issue with toll plaza bhiknoor ...they r not allowing for village people also... Asking to pay.. pls i request arrange stickers ...they dnt knw how to speak with people also...pls check and do needful

Wrong FasTag charges to MH12 registered car at Khed Shivapur toll plaza.
1) Car No MH12 SE 4188
2) Charged Rs.95 for first travel
3) Charged Rs.50 for the return travel
4) No receipts were given in both the travels.
5) Amounts automatically deducted from my FasTag wallet

As MH12 registered vehicles are exempted at this toll plaza, these wrong charges shall be reversed.

Attached is the screenshot of SMSs from FasTag wallet administration (ICICI).

Hello Concern,

After declaring the waiving off of the Toll for Pune residents at Khed-Shivapur toll plaza, government officials have not acted on it. Having enforced use of FASTags for toll, officials have failed to ensure this exemption by not scanning specified MH12 vehicles at the plaza.

Now, they suggest that you have to just deactivate your FASTag account, which is not possible.

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I was driving from Pune to Khed Shivapur on 19th March 2021 in the evening. I passed the Khed Shivapur toll around 7:45 pm. I was not aware that Pune registered car are toll free, yet I was charged double. My fastag was blocked due to limited KYC so I was unable to recharge it, hence, the person at toll charged me Rs. 190/- and along with it also scanned my fastag and money got deducted from my fastag account as well.
So I am charged Rs. 285/- from Pune to Khed Shivapur which should have been a toll free for me.
Kindly request you to help me with the refund of Rs. 285/-. Please let me know what is the procedure.

Khed shivapur toll is the worst or more than worst toll... every time they charge more than decided charges. When its 100 to entry then 50 for return but they charged 100 for return also...they are froud..
