National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unauthorized charges in toll

I am customer taken a rented car and traveling from Bhubaneswar to Banapur. While going towards Banapur I need to cross the toll called "Godipada Toll Plaza". I went without any issues and while coming back to Bhubaneswar though in the wallet amount it available the toll person intentionally said the amount is not available in the fast tag and took double the amount as cash which is 150 rupees. I am surprise hearing that many peoples has cheated in the same toll in past and never did any complain about it. While I faced the same issue I have checked with the rental car agency and they said the amount is already available in the wallet and they must has cheated and taken money from you. Please find the attached details of the wallet along with the timeline and the receipt of the amount that I have paid along with penalty. I hope with this complain I will get justice and take necessary action against the toll.
