National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Varadharajapuram Toll Gate

It is a newly opened toll gate. Past three months its under operation. I am living 13kM away from toll gate. As per govt policy up to 20kM from tollgate it will be considered as local and they can avail local pass. But the varadharajpuram toll gate neither issuing pass nor considering as local.

Employees of this toll gate claiming 2Kms only considered as local and daily there is issue happening in this toll gate. No authorities at toll gate giving response on this even after shown the proof.
