National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong Toll tax deduction from Fastag at Bandhwari Toll Plaza

I am having Suzuki Grand Vitara bearing registration number HR 51 AX 7779. It is submitted that today morning I received a SMS regarding deduction of toll tax of Rs. 40/- at Bandhwari Toll Plaza at Gurugram Faridabad road at 08.58.38. Whereas my car was parked at my house and my vehicle never crossed that toll plaza today or near past. Toll Plaza have deducted money of a vehicle which never crossed their toll plaza and was parked at house. I am using fastag of ICICI company. It is further submitted that such kind of act highly unwarranted and a thorough investigation must be done as it could be a case of serious misuse of my vehicle number and the culprits be punished and I may kindly be compensated.
