I crossed Khalilpur Toll plaza on Delhi - Mumbai Expressway on 31.03.2024 at 14.47.05 pm and wrongly deducted Rs. 325 from my Fastag linked to my car DL12CB0715 against actual tall charges of Rs. 90. The excess of Rs. 235 was charged from my Fastag.

Please arrange to refund the excess charged amount in my Fastag account account number 34555730.

Im a person with benchmark disability as described by right of pwbd act 2016. Ive applied for exempted fastag on https://exemptedfastag.nhai.org on August of 2023. Application number: RO-CHE-[protected]

Myself Nitesh Chaudhary, traveled from Eastern Peripheral Way (from Duhai to Main Plaza Jakhauli) through Vehicle No. : HR20 Y0244, Fastag Barcode[protected] on 11 Nov 2023 (Saturday evening around 5.35PM),

Today I have visited through NH152 D from kurukshetra to Meham toll plaza . During our journey the highway was broken for repair near about 10 places. But there was no indication or sign board in that places. It is not safe for family to keep their journey in such roads specially at night time. It is submitted that I crossed national highway toll plaza of Dharer Azizpur Punjab for going Zirakpur to Rajpura by my car Regd no. We request your kind attention about bad road condition of Surapattu Toll road
1. Starting from all access roads (Madavaram, Ambattur, Maduravoiyal) to the entire stretch including the toll plaza, the roads with potholes, undulated roads, patch roads are seen
