I am a resident of Bangalore, I was starting from office to home at 3.00 PM on 11th December 2024 . In night I get a SMS as Toll deducted by K N Hundy toll Plaza with deduction of Rs 60/- from my car fast tag account.
This is the second time it is happening to me, two months back there were two deductions at late night from a Toll plaza near Bangalore.

I like to bring to your notice of the Excess amount charged in my FASTag
1. On 7th December 2024 I have used the Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road by entry from Gachibowli and exit at TSPA reference No. PH[protected] and was charged Rs. 70/- in place of Tariff chart charge of Rs. 20/-.

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing concern regarding the safety of commuters and pedestrians at Palsana Chowkdi, Surat. As you may be aware, this intersection is a critical junction for traffic movement, particularly for heavy vehicles.

The issue arises during the evening hours, specifically between 6 pm and 7 pm, when a large number of workers from nearby industries commute back home. Unfortunately, this coincides with a significant volume of heavy truck traffic, which poses a substantial risk to the safety of both vehicles and pedestrians.

The existing road infrastructure at Palsana Chowkdi is inadequate to accommodate the simultaneous passage of two heavy trucks, leading to a high likelihood of accidents. The presence of pedestrians, cyclists, and other vulnerable road users further exacerbates the risk.

In light of these concerns, I respectfully request that NHAI consider implementing a temporary restriction on heavy vehicle movement at Palsana Chowkdi, Surat, between 6 pm and 7 pm. This would greatly alleviate the risk of accidents and ensure a safer commute for all road users.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to address this critical safety concern.

I am using car (ALTO) travelling aways.
While crossing toll, toll amount debit from fast tag amount immediately.
After one again debit big amount (190 and 195) in 2 toll always.

Toll Name: Paranur and Athur toll plaza

For Car toll plaza rate mention: 70 for both toll but taking 195 and 190.

I have entered from the panchgaon toll toward the palwal but there is no entry barrier and no scanning for entry time, when i was exit at Khalipur toll, my toll fees deducted 235 which should deduct approx 65 rs only so please reverse the money which charsed more.

This is to inform you that Toll amount on KMP Expressway was wrongly deducted from my Axis Bank Fasttag Car no HR36AJ2949.
Started Journey today morning i.e. 15/10/2024 from Manesar toll to Farukhnagar toll, deducted 35/- (correct amount) but when I started from Farukhnagar to Manesar amount of 175/- deducted instead of 15/-.
Please refund the wrongly deducted amount of 160/- as soon as possible.

I received a message today at 5:26 pm saying

INR 85 toll paid from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXX47A0 for vehicle no. GJ01RU1172 at Kobadi on 22/09/24 18:09. Avbl. Bal.: INR670.

I want to raise a concern that my vehicle was exempted when I traveled a day before yesterday but today they deducted the money and I am not even traveling when they charged.

I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai on 16th August 2024 via Hosur Road Toll plaza (P1) . They deducted amount more than what given in the chart.
I raised a complaint through Bank Fast Tag

I used my car TS 07 HK 1085 for Purandar trip from Pune on 16/08/2024
12:33:04. As i am having fast tag no [protected] through Axis Bank.
all toll charges are collected automatically.

To my surprise, I received SMS that my tag account is debited for Rs 90/- being adjustment debit .
I am enclosing the statement contents

"16/08/2024, 12:33:04. [protected]
Adjustment
Chargeback Debit
Adjustment for the Standard Toll Charge Transaction dated[protected], 09:57:50, with RRN [protected] [protected] 0.00 90.00 1, 060.00"

Kindly look into the matter and rectify the same and credit the wrong amount in my tag account.

this is to bring your kind notice that yesterday i received a message from bhourasha toll to deduct toll tax of rupees seventy-seven which is a false
yesterday or before for a week my vehicle was in my house in my parking kindly look into the matter and please cross-check the vehicle in double numbers and return my toll tax amount of seventy-seven rupees on a priority basis received the message mentioned below.

Inr 77 toll paid from idfc first bank tag 3xxx7f20 for vehicle no. Mp04cx0570 at bhourasa toll plaza on 28/07/24 10:05. Avbl. Bal.: inr25.

On 21st July I was traveling from Tirupati to Bangalore highway (NH140)
There is a broken steel rod on one of the bridges in highway (Bahuda River Bridge), because of that my vehicle fuel tank gets damaged and when I contact Toll Plaza CRO team they said that they are not responsible for my vehicle damage.

I request you to make the penalty for my vehicle and do the needful.

It’s being almost a month still not approved or I am not able to get the status of approval C.O department when fast tag is compulsory then it be a fast process RO-MUM[protected]...

Highway No 348 which starts from. PALASPE PHATA Panvel is in worst condition potholes size has developed too large, large vehicle can fall on either side of road . Full road is in worst condition no light at night, no emergency service, no CCTV CAMERA.
I tried to contact NHAI person associated, which office is located at T point on Highway No 348.but he refused to talk .
Beside their office their is a large pothole, where motorized riding bikes can fall and cause serious injury.

I received a message that my toll is deducted despite car being at home. I received the following message as sms

I was travelling on Kundli Gaziyabad Palwal ( KGP ) express way on dated 26th May. I started my from Maujpur -Chaisha and then exit at Chhajunagar Palwal and then take KMP.
There was a detection of Rs 265 where as in actual it should be Rs 30 only..
My Vehical no is HR26DS5305.
date of travelling - 26th May 2024.

Dear sir, I am traveled through Pune banglor national highway NH48 dated[protected] from karad to kolhapur .in travel there is a Kini toll Plazza when i travels towards kolhapur Rs 70/- toll deducted. same date within two hours i am return towards karad actually as per your rules Rs 30/- toll amount should be deducted, but my fast tag Rs 70 deducted. So please refund my amount as early as possible.

Not able to deactivate and close 1st owner fastag. 1st owner of the car is not responding properly. so, i couldn't update the bank details and cancelled cheque to close the fastag. i am trying to get 1st owner details from april 22nd to till date. but proper response.

i need help to deactivate and close the fastag.

Please don't comment or respond saying that "there is no option other than providing 1st owner bank details".

i have reached out 1033 fastag customer service, but they are not giving any alternative solution
