I took entry from Palwal Toll Plaza and took exit from Khalilpur Toll Plaza on 21/04/25 08:28 AM.

Fastag- IDFC FIRST Bank- 3XXXD7E0

Authority deducted Rs. 240/- instead of Rs. 40/-.
Kindly refund my remaining amount.

Today, when i have passed (LDH TO PHILLAUR) Ladowal toll tax point at 1st time charged 220/- timing 3:18 pm and 2nd time same day at 3:51 pm charged 110/- which is not chargeable. so, pls. consider this amicably asap.

Each and every time there is huge delay at khed shivapur toll plaza pune satara road, maharashtra pune many a times 10 to 15 minutes and some times minimum 5 minutes

My last visit was on Jan 23rd at 5.40 pm towards satara (Destination Goa, parental Home) and we crossed at 5.45pm the Toll person and another vehicle was taking too much delay
if rules are only for vehicles then it is a wrong practice and as per NHAI if...

I have been traveling from Faridabad Sector 2 to IMT Manesar via Mumbai expressway and National Peripheral expressway for the last one year and since then i am continuously facing this issue of being charged excess or wrong toll. I have been charged at those toll plazas also which I have never travelled...

I am Sarath Annadurai. I was travelling from Cuddalore to Chennai on 30 December, 2024. I had enough fastag balance. At the Athur Toll Plaza, I was charged a penalty fare in cash for a low fastag balance. The toll plaza before and after this Athur Toll Plaza had no issues. In fact, my fastag balance at that time was 473 rupees, which is sufficient enough. If this specific toll plaza had issues, why should I pay extra? I had a crucial appointment...

I Had Applied for exempted Fastag as DIVYANGJAN and my Application No is RO-MUM-[protected], on dated 11 Nov 2024, which is approved by RO Mumbai on dated 11 Nov 2024, but after that no action has been taken by the next concerned department till date.
You are requested to take necessary action as soon as possible.

1. The on ramp as you enter the Nelamangala toll plaza on Bangalore Nelamangala (Bombay highway) is in EXTREMELY POOR condition. The surface is cut up with huge ruts in it, potential damage to vehicles.
2. It is so poorly maintained with GARBAGE strewn all over the sides of the road..FILTHY...
3. All along the highway there is garbage not picked up, never seen it being done and we use the highway almost everyday...

I am a resident of Bangalore, I was starting from office to home at 3.00 PM on 11th December 2024 . In night I get a SMS as Toll deducted by K N Hundy toll Plaza with deduction of Rs 60/- from my car fast tag account.
This is the second time it is happening to me, two months back there were two deductions at late night from a Toll plaza near Bangalore.

I like to bring to your notice of the Excess amount charged in my FASTag
1. On 7th December 2024 I have used the Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road by entry from Gachibowli and exit at TSPA reference No. PH[protected] and was charged Rs. 70/- in place of Tariff chart charge of Rs. 20/-.

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing concern regarding the safety of commuters and pedestrians at Palsana Chowkdi, Surat. As you may be aware, this intersection is a critical junction for traffic movement, particularly for heavy vehicles.

The issue arises during the evening hours, specifically between 6 pm and 7 pm, when a large number of workers from nearby industries commute back home. Unfortunately, this coincides with a significant volume of heavy truck traffic, which poses a substantial risk to the safety of both vehicles and pedestrians.

The existing road infrastructure at Palsana Chowkdi is inadequate to accommodate the simultaneous passage of two heavy trucks, leading to a high likelihood of accidents. The presence of pedestrians, cyclists, and other vulnerable road users further exacerbates the risk.

In light of these concerns, I respectfully request that NHAI consider implementing a temporary restriction on heavy vehicle movement at Palsana Chowkdi, Surat, between 6 pm and 7 pm. This would greatly alleviate the risk of accidents and ensure a safer commute for all road users.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to address this critical safety concern.

I am using car (ALTO) travelling aways.
While crossing toll, toll amount debit from fast tag amount immediately.
After one again debit big amount (190 and 195) in 2 toll always.

Toll Name: Paranur and Athur toll plaza

For Car toll plaza rate mention: 70 for both toll but taking 195 and 190.

I have entered from the panchgaon toll toward the palwal but there is no entry barrier and no scanning for entry time, when i was exit at Khalipur toll, my toll fees deducted 235 which should deduct approx 65 rs only so please reverse the money which charsed more.

This is to inform you that Toll amount on KMP Expressway was wrongly deducted from my Axis Bank Fasttag Car no HR36AJ2949.
Started Journey today morning i.e. 15/10/2024 from Manesar toll to Farukhnagar toll, deducted 35/- (correct amount) but when I started from Farukhnagar to Manesar amount of 175/- deducted instead of 15/-.
Please refund the wrongly deducted amount of 160/- as soon as possible.

I received a message today at 5:26 pm saying

INR 85 toll paid from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXX47A0 for vehicle no. GJ01RU1172 at Kobadi on 22/09/24 18:09. Avbl. Bal.: INR670.

I want to raise a concern that my vehicle was exempted when I traveled a day before yesterday but today they deducted the money and I am not even traveling when they charged.

I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai on 16th August 2024 via Hosur Road Toll plaza (P1) . They deducted amount more than what given in the chart.
I raised a complaint through Bank Fast Tag
