I am pratap shree, enrolment no[protected], ref no-n[protected]

I want to change my father name in my certificate, in my certificate my father name is saroj kumar, instead of this, it should be saroj kumar singh,

Last year i have been given for correction but, patna nios staff said that they have lost my correction documents, therefore i need to fill again correction form, with dd then they will proceed for correction in certificate,

Because of this i am not able to take admission in graduation. Please help us so that i should take admission in graduation.

Sir, i have passed 10th and 12th class from national institute of open schooling on January, 1991 (10th) and August 1994 (12th). Sir, in these certificates on mentioned my name is Gurjinder Singh Puar and Father's Name is Joginder singh Puar. Sir, that time i was applied the passport but their is a very big issues of my and my father's name bcz my all IDS is the name of GURJINDER SINGH AND Father's Name is JOGINDER SINGH. Sir can i change my name is GURJINDER SINGH instead of Gurjinder Singh Puar and father's name is JOGINDER SINGH instead of Jodinder Singh Puar. Pls help me for this what is procedure of name correction in 10th and 12th certificates. PLS HELP ME SIR.
