I request to please cancel my addmission form and please refund my money ₹1140. Because in the addmission form some mistakes has been made by me and before filling the form of stream 2 i tried na lot to contact nios but no one answered my call. So kindly cancel my addmission form and please refund my money so that from the refunded money i will again apply for addmission for stream 2.

Kindly help me out with this problem please it a humble request please refund my money and. Cancel my addmission form.

I am astha gupta aged 19 years wish to share with your good self to listen my mental agony, i am suffering since 20th dec’19 at the hands of nios-national institute of open schooling sector-62 noida. If my apathetic story comes under your preview, then please see to it and do the needful.

Hereby it is narrated. Previously, i was a student of dlf public school sahibabad (Ghaziabad) u. P. Affiliated to cbse. I was a brilliant student throughout my schooling. I secured 95% score in class x in 2017. But could not take my class xii cbse board exams with pcb. I fell ill and suffered up to the date of exam. I suffered a mental shock due to this.

For the career that i had to pursue, mathematics was compulsory. So i had to go for the other board i. E nios. I appeared for senior secondary exams from nios in oct’19 with 5 subjects - physics, chemistry, mathematics, english and biology. The result was declared on 12th dec’19. I was not satisfied with the result so i applied for revaluation in 4 subjects - physics, maths, biology and english on 20th dec’19.

Firstly the revaluation fees rs. 3250 was debited twice from my father’s bank account and till date i haven’t received the refund back. Then i also applied for the issue of photocopy of my answer - sheets for which i had paid rs. 2800 along with an application. The officials informed me that my re-evaluated result will be updated within one and a half month.
I have fared well in all the subjects, if genuinely and honestly re-evaluated i am sure to score 93-94% as aggregate.

Since 20th december 2020 till date, i have been in constant touch with the concerned nios officials:
1. Mr. Rajesh gautam - deputy director, regional centre delhi nios
2. Mr. T. N. Giri - regional director nios
3. Ms. Mamta gupta - deputy director, evaluation nios
4. Mr. Pawan - evaluation department nios
We requested several times to meet shri. B. Venkateswaram, director of evaluation department nios but we were denied access every time.

Since then, despite repeated reminders and constantly reaching out to them for my revaluation result till date they have been declining my request and asking me to every time i visit the headquarter nios. It has been more than 6 months since i applied for revaluation and still my result is pending.

Recently i. E on 12th and 13th june 2020 i sent an e-mail and speed post to the concerned nios officials as a reminder to update my revaluation result at the earliest possible. But still they did not take any action. Since the ease in lockdown, i have been regularly visiting the office but i have been denied to enter the headquarter every time and the security asks us to visit the next day.

It is not a herculean task that my answer sheets could not be re-evaluated within more than 6 months. Lockdown was imposed from 22nd march 2020 and now it is unlocked since one and a half months.

All the government offices are deputed for the welfare of the public. But the nios officials are doing just the opposite. They are harassing the grieved people like me, mentally torturing us, installing and hampering the academic progress. Is there no higher authority to check the nefarious act of the nios offices. They are acting contrary to the pious sprit of our honourable prime minister mr. Modi’s slogan “beti bachao beti padhao.”

Education is the fundamental right of every citizen but nios is violating the basic fundamental human rights. Nios being the largest board in india, emphasises on education to all but on the contrary they are actually putting the career of many children at stake.

Due to their callous and perverse attitude, me and my family have been going through a mental trauma. All the admissions for undergraduate courses in colleges are due in a few days which requires my class xii mark sheet but i am unable to do so because of the delay in my revaluation result at nios end.

So i approached your good offices to intervene and help me get justice to save my future and oblige.

Dear sir
I have applied for 10+2. I have paid fees of rs. 2760/- by central bank of india net banking on dated[protected]. The fees is deducted from my bank and it shows pending when i open my nios profile. My details of is as under registered email: [protected]@gmail.com

I contact my call but there is no any response by nios. I mailed many time but not any answer by nios. What i can do. Tell me.

Check the status of my payment

Since a year ago my sister took admission in N.I.O.S but still admission note done and the status is shown review form and they took approximate 6000 from me i was very disappointed regarding that. I tried to many times to connect with the their customer service but they did not pic any single calls and then i visited their office and they convence me for pay 750 rs more then your request is completed. I want my refund or complete my admission

This query is regarding my national institute of open schooling payment which i have done on national institute of open schooling official portal dated : 04/03/2020, time: 2:52:17 pm, transaction id: s73776647, purchase at[protected]eazypay secretary nati, and my nios username :alwin. [protected]@gmail.com. I have done the payment on dbs bank debit card ending with xxxx0617.
I have attached the payment receipt and the screenshot of the payment gateway screen after the debilitation occurred from my bank, kindly check and do the needful. Help me out to get my admission confirmation.
This is my 7th day, even i have mail several times, but i haven't received the revert from them, i have confirmed from the banks end and well as the merchant bank, they have confirmed me by mailing me that the national institute of open schooling has claimed the money, please help me to get my admission confirmation asap

And people from reginal center kolkata is very very arrogant, they also told me they work for central government, but they really very bad. Specially that woman, i really don't know her name.

On feb 4 2020 i have done a payment of 3140rs but it got failed and my money is also deducted from account. I have used an upi option to complete my transaction. This is for new admission. I have also tried to call nios toll free number many times but no response from their side. Their toll free number and email id is fraud because i didn't get any reply and it has been more than 48 hrs. Kindly refund my money. I am sharing my details o[censored]pi transaction.

I want to say that i am asheesh pant from rudrapur uttarakhand and i have given my 12th exam in the month of october in deshbandhu inter college and i have attempted all my exams on the same day but when it was time of the reasult declaration i have got rw in two of main subjects which were physics and chemistry so i am not able to understand that why i have got rw in my those two subjects as i am not able to give any competitive exams because of the issues on my reasult please take action towards the reasult of the students so that we can move a step forward for our life.

I was submitting the exam fee of nios secondary exams april 2020 but in the net banking section, i provided all the information of my debit card, even though my payment gateway failed to process. The main problem is that the amount of rs 1540 is deducted from my account. Please do something to solve this problem or send back my amount in my account. Please do it as soon as possible because i have to submit the fees again in two or three days. Last date of submitting exam fees is 25 december. I will be really thankful for you.

When applying my passport, passport regional officers has sent a request to noida office to cross-check on 22nov ‘19 with tracking no pp[protected]in. My roll no is[protected]. This is my humble request you to expedite ur process and share the tracking details as my current organisation is sending me on-site for first time in the month of january and deadline is 10th jan.. I pay my friend's nios dled teacher fee on 4 October 2017 when the first time I pay see transaction failed then I second time pay this time transaction is successful but money debit from account two times. My NIOS reference no .D[protected].Nios enrolment no [protected].date of transaction 4 Oct 2017. transaction-id, s [protected] and [protected].Transaction amount 4511.80 .account no [protected]. but after sending hundreds of emails I did not get any reply as well as your customer care number is not working I contacted my bank but they said amount has been debited from your account and credited into there account so this is my last warming because I did not get my refund after two years if you do not do any action now I will surely file a case against you.
