National Insurance Company — Policy no wrong

While renew for Two wheeler Insurance through National Insurance Online, Policy Number was placed wrong. It should be 20 digit number long instead Policy no available is 19 digit long only due to which renewal of online payment could not be processed.

Policy No available :[protected] which has 19 digit No only.
Please help on this.
