Dear sir

This is to inform you that my vehicle no. Dl6cn – 0150 model eeco has been stolen from tughlakabad extn, gali no. 28, at rode side entry on 20th march, 2016. I am park the vehicle at gali no. 28 at 8.30 pm and enter my nearby flat. At 9.30 i return from the flat to take the vehicle, i found that the vehicle is not in the spot. I am searched the nearby areas, unfortunately my vehicle is not found. Immediately, i register the fir with gobindpuri police station.

You are requested to please do the needful asap

    Today on 21 mar 2016 I went to PNB Saket at 3 30 PM.i parked my scooty having no UP 15 BV 0675 Dere. I went inside the bank to complete my work. When I came back at 3 50 PM. I found that my scooty had been stolen. I had filed the police complaint in nearest police station. Plz u also submit my claim request n try to return it as soon as possible.

      Sir i had claimed about my ritz car reg no pb 31l 7638 which was fully damaged in an road accident on dated 07.10.2015.Now when we contact the autorised persons of national insurance company they answered that your cheque of claim has been lost.Dear sir 5 months have been passed but there is no solution .Please look into the matter and my claim should be given to me .Thanks

          Policy no wrong

          While renew for Two wheeler Insurance through National Insurance Online, Policy Number was placed wrong. It should be 20 digit number long instead Policy no available is 19 digit long only due to which renewal of online payment could not be processed.

            As i have undergone bybass surgery on 27.7.13 at asian heart mumbai.and i have submitted all the required documents for the claim to national insurance jabalpur. after several verbal and written letters 25.11.15, 1.02.16, & 9.3.16. they said lost my file with originaldocements at jabalpur office.secondly i have never received policy cards from last 5 years after so many reminders .so pls do need full.

                  With due honour I lay before you the following facts for your kind intervention so
                  that senior citizen 72 years of old client do not harassed by the Branch Manager
                  Barrackpore while claimed the actual expenses paid to the Nursing Home arising out of
                  a special and isolated case to survive the critical patient from death
                  1. On emergency ground my wife was admitted to Care & Cure Hospital for operation
                  Of acute Gallbladder on cashless basis, as per contract with the TPA and it
                  was assumed that laparoscopy Operation will be sufficient to eliminate and
                  erect the said gallbladder.
                  2. AS such the rate was as fixed per Pkg. provided by the Insurance Company under
                  GIPSA PPN
                  3. AS stated by the Doctor that On operation Table during laparoscopic
                  operation when camera was Inserted it was seen that pt .had Myrizl
                  Syndrome, Bile duct having same wall- during dissection Bile duct had
                  a tear –Exploratory laparotomy done-had to undergo Cholecystectomy
                  with Billary By Pass and she had stormy postoperative period –needed
                  ICU Treatment and she got extreme higher antibiotic for the development
                  of early ARDS
                  4 In this situation the condition of the patient became very serious and critical
                  having no other alternate the consultant Surgeon taken spot decision as mentioned
                  above Ref.3 otherwise the patient will not be survived.
                  5 For the above mention situations the Doctor has given appropriate certificate
                  which was submitted accordingly.
                  6 On discharged The National Insurance Company Ltd refused to pay full
                  Amount on the ground that Hospital cannot be charged higher than the pkg.
                  (as per GIPSA pkg. already given at the time of cashless claim) hence excess
                  amount of pkg. not payable as per Ref.4) and instead of Rs.65100.00 paid
                  only Rs. .23000.00 I have paid Balance excess Amount Rs.42100.00.
                  7 It is not understood why due to the laps on the part of your management and the
                  agreement between the Hospital why I am to suffer, if needed you may please cancel
                  the appellation of the hospital so that patient do not suffer.
                  In this situation I would request you to pay Rs.42100.00 at the earliest to avoid any
                  Future discrepancies and to restraint me to seek legal help.

                    I had purchased a mobile and get is insurance from national insurance company. The mobile got damaged accidentally . I had sent it to samsung mobile care for repairing they estimated the repairing bill of 21164 since the repairing cost of the mobile is higher than the present market cost of the mobile there for i have sent this mobile national insurance company with claim of full damage the insurance company informed that for full damage claim, the bill of repairing should be more than 21164 and asked me to submit I had informed then that repairing estimate bill of Rs. 21164 which can not be changed by me and requested them to return my mobile set as they are delaying my right full claim by one or other demand of documents from last 1 month. But the insurance company has refused to return the mobile set.

                      Sub. : non settlement of claim for reimbursement of medical expenses : regd. No. Ni[protected] : tpa id no. Gini[protected] : policy no. 101000/48/13/[protected].

                      This has reference to my claim towards treatment of coronary angioplasty which was undertaken in june, 2013 at the apollo gleneagles hospital at e m bye pass, kolkata. I had duly lodged my above claim to the designated tpa but yet to hear from them. Such silence is utterly surprising as considerable time has elapsed from my hospitalisation.

                      Prior to my angioplasty operation, i was admitted to mercy hospital, park street, kolkata as i had a sudden coronary attack at my work place which is situated at the next building of the said hospital. My colleagues immediately rushed me to the emergency department of mercy hospital and i was admitted then and there in the intensive cardiac care unit. As my condition worsened, i was relocated to apollo hospital where the above operation was performed. It may be noted that at the time of my admission, mercy hospital was not equipped with a cath-lab and other infrastructure for proper angioplasty/ angiogram operations. Due to the suddenness and the acute nature of my ailment, my colleagues were busy with my treatment and did not procure the emergency certificate from those hospitals. My tpa is trying to reject my claim in the garb of such minor deviation.

                      I would also like to mention that all the original documents duly verified by my employer, has already been submitted with my claim. The copy of the sanction made by my employer was also submitted. I had claimed only the unsanctioned portion of my claim which is detailed hereunder :

                        With regard to my father’s accidental death claim under PMSBY
                        We initially/very first day informed to NIC in writing that we did not go for the post-mortem due to emotions/sentiments and lack of knowledge (requirement of it).

                        After completing investigation and all formalities, how can NIC refuse to settle the claim.

The Operation Charges including implantation of intra ocular lens is Rs. 100500/- & Rs. 560/- is Pathology Laboratory charges .So total comes to Rs. 105560/- . The doctor has given me Rs. 10000/- discount .So my net bill amount is Rs.95560/- which I have paid & original receipt submitted to you. Str, Yesterday I have inquired about payment of my bill amount to your Baroda Office & I come to know that you have passed ONLY Rs. 24000/- but it is not credited to my Account till today . Sir, Now questions aeries (1) How much time you take to settle the CLAIM ? Even after passing the TWO months you have not made the payment..(2) I have mentioned my Present Residential Address in your prescribed form & also submitted residential proof as per your requirement as a KYC Norms you have not given me any information on my given address. Why? (3) My transactions are 100% genuine & I have to pay as per the terms & condition of the Hospital.It is also within my limit of the Policy even though you have passed ONLY Rs.24000/- WHY? Who will bare the remaining Amount ? You may inquire about my bill to the Hospital but You have to pay my bill within my limit.                               Our four wheeler Volkswagen(POLO) HR26BT7857 is insured with you and insurance was bumper to bumper without any depreciation.It includes plastic parts also and your insurance mentions that maximum amount deducted would be 2500. Our expenses were on car repair was more than 40000 and we also paid 3200 to the inspection officer(As per him, we will get this money in reimbursement) as his fees.So, this amounts to ~43000. But we only got around 32000 as reimbursement and we were not given any details or intimation during the whole procedure.We do not have any break up on why so much money was deducted surveyor did not give us any slip and we do not have his name, license etc.So i cannot event file an online complaint. policy no:[protected] PHONE NO : [protected]

                                Last year, i enrolled under national insurance for my 2 wheeler- Splender Pro Plus ( Self Start) bearing no DL 11 SB-3263 by Policy Number[protected]. But on 19th November 2015 I tried online renewal, but at site it demands for 20 digit Policy number but i am provided 18 digit policy number ( above mentioned) as per policy bind provided. i approach NIC, from there i got cell number of Mr. Vishal Jain ( [protected]). He send me the link for online renewal. At 14:26 hrs i tried online renewal through HDFC credit card-[protected] of Rs. 857. The same amount was deducted from my card, payment was successful but policy was not generated.Till today i am approaching Mr. Vishal Jain but there is no proper reply from him. My transaction ID is EASI[protected] Online complaint ID is[protected]

                                  Dear Sir, I m admired in the hospital due to Pneumonia at Amity Hospital, adajan, surat. I registered my claim on 19.10.2015 of Rs.130000. Claim is pass for Rs. 82759 but still not credited in my account. Company is not giving me clear answer about why claim is not pass for full amount? My mobile number is [protected]

                                    I had an existing policy from NIC (National Insurance COmpany). On 17-Oct-2015, I tried to renew my policy online as it was about to expire in few days. The website clearly provided a link to "To Renew your policy online" with the weblink URL - https://nationalinsuranceindia.nic.co.in/portal/page/portal/Corporate/Home/Renew...

                                    I submitted my policy number and entered the code it asked and submitted. It took all the details, and I made the payment online thru netbanking (Corp Bank). The money is deducted from bank account but finally the renewed policy is not generated. It gave a page where some random ref num is given but no policy details. I immediately called up the customer care on 17-Oct-2015 and mentioned about the problem. The customer care refuse to accept that there is a link of such sort in their website and claim that there is no link to renew online. They even refuse to accept that the money was debited from my account and credited to their company.

                                    The customer care clearly said that THERE IS NO POLICY GENERATED.

                                    I am not sure whether the customer care representative did not had the knowledge or is it the approach taken by NIC to cheat customers. I sent a MAIL also complaining of this problem and there is no response at all. I had to look at alternate vendors and got my policy renewed immediately.

                                    Now the funny and scary second part of this -
                                    After about 18 days, on 04-NOV-15 one lady by name SHIVANI NEGI ([protected]@hcl.com) called up and said that she is from customer care of NIC via HCL team and enquired about my problem. I clearly told her that

                                    * The money was deducted
                                    * Policy not genereted
                                    * I got a new policy renewed from a different insurance company and that I need my money back

                                    She asked me to send a snapshot of the bank transaction and I sent a mail with the details. Now, instead of giving me a refund of money, she created a new policy in NIC and trying to rub it onto me. I clearly said during the first call itself that I have a policy from a different insurance company as there was no response from NIC and that I need my money back. Despite all that info, I still got a new policy only.

                                    I immediately responded saying that I do not need this policy and that I already have one and need my money back. Then funnily, the lady says that the customer should cancel the new policy as it was created by customer.

                                    Its shocking. First time when I contact customer care, they clearly say that there is NO POLICY generated. This second lady says that the policy is generated by me and that I should cancel it.

                                    I sent a mail to SHIVANI copying the customer care of NIC (support.[protected]@nic.co.in).

                                    Even till date there is no response from SHIVANI or from NIC on this.

                                    Summary of the story: NIC is only interested in making new policies and taking money from customer but dont care about customer support. I would let you take a decision on whether to goto NIC for any insurance policy again.
