My name is dr. Rajakumar b k. I am from tumkur, karnataka. My lpg unique id is[protected]. I am getting lpg refill from sri hari gas agency. And the consumer no. Is 603550. All these years, i was getting subsidy through state bank of mysore (Now, state bank of india) into the account no.[protected].
Due to personal reasons, i have closed the above said account. That is why the last subsidy could not be transferred and the payment has failed.
Nowonwards, in order to get lpg subsidy, i have updated my aadhar details in federal bank, tumkur branch, tumkur, karnataka. This s/b account no. Is [protected]. And the ifsc code is fdrl0001603. My bank details have been updated in gas distributor's records yesterday. I request you to kindly transfer subsidy amount to federal bank account nowonwards, including the "payment failure amount of previous subsidy (Rs.242/-). I hope my request will be fulfilled at the earliest.
