My consumer no. 601864, gas distributor 'Zigma Gas Service'. Mumbai. HPCL is sending subsidy to closed bank account, which I or that bank has never linked that account to HP. I have opened new bank account for subsidy. But it is not getting linked to HPCL. HPCL staff says that the linking procedure by bank is wrong. But with the same procedure other customers of the same bank are linked and getting their subsidy. What to do?

I have already submitted copy of Aadhar card with my distributor Durga Gas Service Ahmedabad and also is Bank of India VIE Branch Ahmedabad.On Bharat Gas Transparency portal, in the column of Distributor icon shows Green and in column of Bank icon shows Red and remarks appear that not available on NPCI data.Please hep me to solve the problem.My service no. is 2947.

My Aadhar Card number i.e.[protected] and I have linked to my LPG connection (Bharat Gas) with agency (Varun Gas Agency) & my Consumer Number (26751) and also linked with my bank account (Canara Bank). But NPCI took a long time to verify and link
my Aadhar card to the bank.

My lpg id is : 3 [protected] and my lpg consumer no. Is 28765, distributor is the hpscsc shahpur (Himachal pradesh - 110271) my aadhar card no. Is[protected]. I have my 2 (Two) saving banks accounts in state bank of india and 1 (One) saving bank account no.in state bank of patiala.
Further i refilled 5 (Five) indane lpg cylinders on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] but i have not received any amount of indane lpg subsidies of 5 cylinders refilled during january, 2014 and january 2015 so far.
From the check dbtl (Ctc) status and indane online complaint status it has been shown that my gas subsidies have successfully been credited to himachal pradesh state co-operative bank ltd. (Hp). Since i have not any saving bank account with this bank, it is therefore, requested to provide me following information under rti act, 2005 :-
1. Intimate me the bank account number, ifsc code and name of bank in which indane lpg subsidy of 5 against cylinder refilled during january, 2014 and january, 2015 have been credited against my lpg id : 3 [protected], lpg consumer number : 28765 (distributor is the hpscsc shahpur[protected]Himachal pradesh -176206) my aadhar card no. Is[protected].
2. Name and number of bank account (With ifsc code and bank iin no.) with whom my lpg id : 3 [protected] and aadhar card no.[protected] is linked at present.

I am also inform to bpcl customer care on 19.04.2016, our query reference no. Is 1237722. Help line informed that it is not getting linked to npci.

Therefore you are requested to look into the matter.
