I have Indane gas connection in my residence, which is already linked with Indane distributor on 23 Dec 2014 but my Aadhaar number STILL NOT LINKED WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT. I have submitted my Aadhaar card copy directly with Andhra bank on 29DEC 2014. The document submission was successful and Bank Manager confirmed me that, on several follow ups between me and bank thereafter.
But my online status showing--- 'Due to technical reason, it can not be processed now. Please try again later.' & remarks---- 'Please visit your nearest bank branch to link your Aadhaar number.'
I have lost several LPG subsidies on my account till now for this delay & harrassment. I am almost 70 yrs & unable to bear the loss any more.
Please resolve the matter on urgent basis.
