npci status inactive in bharath gas agencies

good evening sir/madam, i am k.ramana i have gas connection in bharath gas agencies consumer no is 21371592 since 2010 in anantapur-515001 a.p now main problem is am not receiving gas subsidy from 3 refills(cylinders) subsidy in gas agencies website shows that npci status inactive, due to npci status inactive that way enable to not credit subsidy amt to my bank a/c. so i asked gas agencies they told that bank has to rectified...

LPG Aadhaar linking status

The bank and Agency both say that they have linked the Aadhaar number at their end. However, the status is still "Not available in NPCI database". It's been 1.5 months the linking has been done. How much time does it take to get this reflected? Bank has given a stamped and signed letter saying they have linked the Aadhar number. Where is the problem? We are not even getting the cylinder just because this stupid linking is not done yet....
