Hyy sir/ma'am... Our gas distributer is sanjay gas agency.. And we have a problem that our subsidy on gas which was earlier coming to our bank account, is now going to any other bank account on our name and that bank account is not ours. The subsidy is monthly subsidy and we are not receiving it. Please try to resolve it anyway sir.. We are facing problem out of it. Thankyou

        My aadhar was not get activated by npci and subsidy amount for cylinder was not refunded to my account from last 8 months.. When i go to distributor office they are telling that your adhaar number was not activated by npci. Am not understanding what is going.. How many times should i call to customer care no one is solving the issue... Please activate my adhar

                मेरे द्वारा बैंक आफ बड़ोदा bhim upi से भुगतान करते समय खाता संख्या गलत लगने से राशि दुसरी जगह चली गइ मेने बैक से 14 जुलाई को सम्पर्क कीया था एक महीने से ज्यादा समय हो गया कोई जवाब नहीं दिया गया है मेने उपरोक्त प्रार्थना पत्र सलगन है
                बैंक के द्वारा मेरे को उस व्यक्ति के सम्पर्क नबर दिए परंतु सामने वाले वापस भुगतान नहीं कर रहे है मेरे को खाता स [protected] मे 5000 रूपये थे जो गलती से खाता स [protected] में चला गया tragcation I d[protected] कृपया मेरी मदद करे

                  NPCI have to provide separate process for Aadhar linking with NPCI because banks are not not responding with case regarding Aadhar share with NPCI link SBI. they simply told u whenever u will go to bank u r Aadhar is already linked with us check with ur yuva nestam. but they know about only Aadhar link but don't know its need to share with NPCI and it can be done by banks only. I was suffer more thank 5 month bank and agency both are simply playing OFICE OFFICE with costumer.

                    I am PV Venugopalan and my Aadhar no.[protected] was linked with my sb account no.[protected] with State Bank of India Yeshwant Niwas Road, Indore but the same was delinked and inactive w.e.f. 06.10.2018 and doesnot show in the mapping of NPCI and found to be inactive. Due to this reason my LPG subsidy was discontinued to be credited in the said account.This is to request to relink the aadhaar with said SB account to enable me to restore the LPG subsidy uninterruptedly.

                    The HPCL customer support has informed as under : "DBTL CCE 01 (dbtlcce01) - 18/11/2018 01:42 PM Dear HPCL Customer, Your LPG subsidy transfer to bank has failed with reason Payment Failed Aadhaar Number Inactive Meaning that your Bank a/c is not linked with Aadhaar. Kindly relink Aadhaar with your desired Active saving bank a/c & have a confirmation from bank regarding updation of your Aadhaar number at NPCI. Once your Aadhar is linked with NPCI, Failed subsidy will be re-triggered. Check Aadhaar linking status with bank https://www.uidai.gov.in/ As a interim measure we request you to submit bank a/c details in the “Unified PAHAL (DBTL) Joining Form” with LPG distributor. PATHAK ASHISH (195758) - 06/12/2018 11:32 AM Dear Consumer, We are forward your Complaint to our Support group, kindly wait for Resolution of your query.                     The matter is still unresolved as the linking of Aadhar card with SB account with SBI YN Road, Indore shown as "inactive from 6th Oct 2018" as shown in the UIDAI website "Linking status of Aadhar for LPG subsidy"

                    Not yet resolved the issue. Still the linking of aadhar with SB Account shows in NPCI Mapping as "Inactive". Pl look into the matter and help me to get aadhar linked with NPCI

                      Hello sir i have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the npci status is still inactive due to which my gas subsidy is not credited to my bank account.

But they know about only aadhar link but don't know its need to share with npci and it can be done by banks only.                           Need to implement direct aadhar method by npci.

                                I have transferred the money on[protected] amount is credited from my account but it not deposited to beneficiary account and at that time bhim app shos timeout immediately i raised the dispute it is given the time upto[protected] but till now amount is not deposited to both account but where is amount gone!!!? Pl refund my amount.

                                But it showing Aadhaar Linking Status on Bank(as per NPCI) not linked
                                Below i have attached screenshot.
                                Not able to get my LPG subsidy

                                My Aadhar Card No. i.e. 603992415045 and I have linked with LPG Connection (Consumer Id : 67070255, Bharatgas) with my agency ( RAVINDER ENTERPRISES (115576) ) as well as my Bank Account (indusind bank) but till date the status shown NPCI not mapped Aadhar No. with Bank. So Please check and do the needful step in this regarding.
