Hi Team,

My name is T K Ravi Kumar, I am not receiving LPG gas subsidy since 2 years.I have complained many times to the NPCI customer care number.They told that my aadhaar linking with the bank is showing as inactive at their end.I even deleted the aadhar linking and relinked it again in the bank..but still they are saying the linking status is inactive.
Even Bank manager has confirmed that he has done the linking properly, but still it is not getting linked at NCPI website.

Could you please help us in resolving this issue ASAP.

My Aadhaar number is[protected]
LPG GAS consumer number-CX1792544.
Bank: Andhra bank, Seethafalmandi, secunderabad

Please let me know incase any additional details are required

From last 3 months LPG subsidy (LPG NO.13931)is not credit in my account .I have contected NPCI they told that my adhar card is not linked with my acct then I visited my bank branch and the bank told me that now it is linked.But then also the subsidy is not credited.
