Dear Sir / Madam,
Sub: Leaking of complaint addressed to NPCI which was placed on 13.12.2017 regarding Aadhaar and Bank account mapping in connection with availing LPG subsidy, which has been stopped. Harassment through phishing calls snaring to get debit card details.

The call particulars are as below.
1- Mobile No. [protected] which identifies as Noida Bank, in True Caller app. It also shows the e mail ID as [protected]@gmail.com. Call received on 13.12.2017 at 4:10 pm.
2- Mobile No.[protected] which identifies as Rmu 2, in True Caller app. It is shown as Airtel No. and belongs to Assam. Call received on 14.12.2017 at 6:52 am.
3- I am sure many more mobile calls will follow from different origins.

I was shocked to receive random calls where the caller disguising as an official from NPCI customer care. I was told he is calling in response to the complaint placed by me in this web site. Apparently he had accessed not only the message but also the attached documents with the same. This I was able verify by asking to reveal the details provided in the attached documents.
Going by past experience with several customer care portals hosted by the Govt.of India, I assumed this portal to be safe. This portal is totally compromised and no security, privacy measures in place.
I hare by want to appeal to the GOI as well as concerned authorities in NPCI and Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to immediately act and rectify the security deficiencies. This will prevent many gullible innocent citizens from getting duped by unscrupulous elements prowling freely among us.
I would also like to alert all the fellow citizens that this portal is compromised and they are vulnerable.
I sincerely hope this posting will help to make this portal safe and benefit the grieving citizens soon.

Thanks and regards,
Sujnana Kumar Mudar
