[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI) — Aadhar is still linked to my closed bank account and not with the newly opened Account.

Dear Sir/Mam, I had a bank account '[protected]' ( in ICICI Bank) and it was linked to my Aadhar no.[protected]. I started receiving LPG subsidies in to my bank account. But due to some personal reasons I had to close my ICICI bank account and then I opened a new account '[protected]' with HDFC Bank and also they linked my Aadhar to this new account and same bank details I had given to my LPG distributor to update in their records . Now it has been 3 months and while I am checking my Aadhar linking status on 'Indane' website (i.e. http://indane.co.in/chkaadhaarwebresult.php). it is still showing me Bank name as 'ICICI Bank' and Bank Linking status is 'Inactive'. Please link my Aadhar to my newly opened bank account ( i.e. HDFC Bank) as ICICI Bank account is already closed and is not active. Regards Devendra [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for writing to us. We wish to inform you that your Aadhaar number has been Inactive with ICIC Bank from[protected]. Kindly contact your respective bank to activate the same. We wish to inform you that all queries, clarifications with respect to, linking Aadhaar number to bank account, non-receipt of subsidy etc., should be taken up with your respective Bank/LPG dealer directly.
