National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — aadhar link status inactive with axis bank account

Respected sir,
i have an account with AXIS Bank and i have given my Adhara card copy to bank 2 times.bank told me to contact with npci and uidai. i contact them and they told me that only bank can do this and bank saying that your Adhara has linked by us but problem is that your validation of the Adhara card is pending from npci server please sir take action immediately it is very necessary for Hindustan petroleum SUBSIDY. hare i attach a scan copy of bank given to me and uidai website status. please sort out the problem.
