National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — failed transaction on bhim app

I made a transaction of rs6000 (Six thousand only) to sbi via bhim app but it failed and amount deducted from my account on dt 29.07.2019. Txn no is[protected]... With my registered mobile [protected] from my sbi account... Plz solve my problem... I raise a complain via bhim app but got no response also i hv tried to contact customer care.. But showing busy always...

My mother name is lakshmi.he have bank account ICICI bank.aadher card linked bank account.but still in active status.he cannot get any subsidy money.so pls active.bank name-icici bank
