National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — gas subsidy not received since last year issue with npci | |||
Hi Team, I have got this linked to my gas connection (Indane gas agency: High Flame Gas Service: consumer number CX[protected]. I have got the same aadhar registered with my Kotak bank account also I have done NPCI registration in March 2018 and as per bank it is successfully linked and validated by NPCI. But still i lost so many subsidy, since last year I have not received any subsidy amount. When I am Calling customer care, they said to me, first de-link and re-link my aadhar card registration with the bank. Looks like the npci and indane are playing hide and seek. Because of slow and lazy npci, gas agency and bank I am not getting my subsidy amount. Please look into this matter and fix this issue as soon as possible. So that I can get my money back.
