National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — I am not getting my lpg subsidy

Address:Junagadh, Gujarat, 362630

I am lpg consumer of indane, my adhar card no.[protected], consumer no. Is cx4396197 and my bank is dena bank, manavadar branch

As i am a labour and i was getting subsidy earlier but since last one year i am not getting subsidy

I complained about the issue to competent authority with complain no.[protected] and 1- [protected] has been done earlier but still issue has not been resolved by the company.
It is my humble request to resolve my issue

My transaction number[protected] amount 5000
I had a transaction icici credit card through BHIM apps but my transaction amout was deducted from my account but merchant is not receive transaction amount till now.
So please kindly solve my problem or adjust/refund transaction my amount
