National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — money debited from account but merchant has not received it and amount not refunded | |||
On 30th july, 2018 my upi transaction had succeeded and money was debited from my account but was not received by the merchant razorpay. The upi id of the transaction was[protected]. I want to request a refund. I contacted the chargeback department of my issuer bank, icici but they say that the transaction has succeeded so there is no issue of refund and have told me to contact the beneficiary bank. My issuer bank (Icici) says that the payment had succeeded and was remitted to beneficiary bank but the merchant says they haven't received it. I'm attaching screenshots of everything.
