National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — my complaint is that my mother adhar is linked with her bank account but in still showing bank linking status in uidai is inactive

My mother is a government employ and her monthly salary on hold last 9 month due to bank linking status is inactive in india website although her adhar no is already linked with her bank of india account and she is running both department bank and uidai office but no use. The details is as below

I have updated my aadhaar card in new bank account on 07/08/2018 with Punjab national bank but not showing new date in npci portal with my aadhaar number. I have To update new linking date because Scholarship amount not able to come in my bank account.that amount going fail in my account. Iwant, you should to update my aadhaar in npci portal.
