National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — non receipt of subsidy

Dear sir
This is my humble request to you for activating my aadhar number into my account for credit of droughts and diesel subsidy into my bank account.
Sir i have already applied for drought subsidy and diesel subsidy on agriculture portal, copy attached, but it is showing that subsidy is not being credited because of non linking of aadhar with account but bank is saying that it is rejected by npci and the reasons in details is not mentioned, the copy given by bank is attached.

Sir i am a 68 years old farmer and it is not possible to me to visit the bank branch on daily basis. Sir please resolve the issue of linking my aadhar with my bank account so that i will get that direct benefit transfer facility.
