National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — not getting lpg subsidy in bank account

Dear respected sir,
I have a gas connection in indane company of iocl at gorakhpur (Up) at air force gas service, gorakhpur. I registered my aadhar no.[protected] with my lpg id. Also my aadhar no is registered with my bank account in hdfc bank. But my subsidy is not credited in my bank account since i took this connection.
Further sir, i want tell to you regarding all issues those were faced by me to rectify the issue of subsidy credit in bank account. All the issues are given below.
1. My aadhar no.[protected].
2. My lgp id -3 [protected].
3. Lpg consumer no.[protected].
4. When i log in online at www.indane.co.in with my user id and password and click on check pahal (Ctc) / dbtl status then it shows that my icici account linking status is yes and second account hdfc account linking status is yes on 03.04.2017 but as on 05.12.2017, same account's bank linking status (Hdfc) shows no. I can not understand this. When inquired about this, the iocl and gas agency says that your account may be closed but account was not closed my account and at present it running and is an active account.
5. I do a lot of complains regarding this.
Complain srn no. 3369912 dated 08 dec 17.
Complain srn no. 3380677 dated 21 dec 17.
Complain no.[protected] dated 19 jan 18.
(I took my lpg connection on 25.05.2017 and submit all required documents to agency but my aadhar was registered on 25.06.2017. Due to this i lapse my initial subsidy. This is known to me when i call to iocl customer care no on 19 jan 18 vide complain no.[protected]
6. I also inquired at iocl office at gorakhpur. They said that you approach to bank in which you opened latest account for his issue. I got a print out for that shows my aadhar is linked with my lpg consumer no. And my subsidy goes but shows pending and payment were declined due to aadhar not registered with bank.
7. I opened an account in hdfc in march /april 2017. I have also internet banking service in this account. Firstly i check in it whether my aadhar is linked or not but it linked and i also tried for again linking then it shows that your account already linked with your aadhar. Further, i approached to the bank for the same but they also said that your aadhar is registered with your account and they give me this in writing also and it is also shows when i log in my internet banking account.
9. I also submit a complain regarding this in consumer forum at customer care on 19 jan 19 via docket no. 580755.
10 further, i also state that my all accounts are linked with my uid and subsidy was not credited in anyone of my account.
