National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — payment not received in beneficiary account in phonepe transaction | |||
I performed a phonepe self transaction of 5000/- from my karnataka bank to axis bank on 12th october 2019, and the transaction got successful but the amount not credited in my axis bank. When i reach out to karnataka bank utr number, the amount got debited from their end and credited in axis bank that's what they said, but axis bank said they didn't receive any amount and there is no pending transactions in my account, now whom i've to meet to get it resolved and get my money. My daughter Sayukta Lamsoge, is in 11 std. She has to submit scholarship form but it is not submitting because it is showing that the aadhar is not linked with her account yet it has linked with her account. So please check out where the problem is. And please try to do it as soon as possible.
