National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — want to change bank account number for lpg subsidy

Dear sir/madam,

I am getting my lpg subsidy amount to my pnb bank but i want to change it to icici bank. Currently i have closed my pnb bank account, so subsidy not receive in both account, before opening pnb bank account subsidy was regularly credit in icici. After starting pnb account subsidy was credited in pnb bank account. My aadhaar is already link with icici bank. Kindly guide me is it possible? If yes then how? My details are below.
