I availed the naukri.com fast forward services from you. I received a call on 27 nov.2018 that they are providing refund to the paid customers on pretext of which they asked for my debit card details .This female named Tanya who called from [protected] took all my details and charged 20000 from my account .This is clearly shows that my data has been leaked from your side.I entirely consider you responsible for this fraud.Please...

I have uploaded my resume in naukri.com and a call came that i selected for tata motors to generate a reference id they asked me to pay 2500 and i paid. After a telephonic interview they asked me that i'm selected for tata motors for a 4.4 lakh package. For 6 month bond they asked me to pay 6800 rupees which i didn't paid. I want my 2500 back. They even informed that they will refund me all the amount i paid for them

I recieved a call from naukri.com for a job of axis bank and saying that they forwad my file and you have to pay a registraion fee of 2500rs immediatly and when i dont agree to give the send a message from another number [protected] and said that Dear SUSMITA, your Chalan no.052/6178/2018 QC(cash no. PR12) and chalan amount is Rs. 25541 paid in court. Within 6 hours officer team visit your home..
Your documents forward legal dept. you cannot apply to any job 7 years in MNC'S. Court provide legal notice with chalan, and you have to pay chalan in the Court with Statement. @Naukri.com

I had received a call from naukri service provider mobile: [protected] name: yogita. She was asking me for the paid service of naukri to search jobs. I was in my lunch time so asked her to call at 3pm when i will be free.

Later she called me and transferred the call to her senior. Later the senior explained me the service details. So i told her senior i am not interested now. I will be looking after some time for the same service.

The senior politely answer "ok sir" and kept the call.

But later the girl (Yogita) called me back and not ready to listen any word from my side. She started bombarding on me saying the following in hindi ("sir aapko service lena nahi tha to mujhe confirm kyu kiye, paise dene nahi the to kyu issue kiye,") i asked her to listen to full problem but again she said ("jane do sir kuch sunana nahi hai, aap jaane hi do and rakh do").

I am currently persuing my mba and was seeking for a part time job as a freelancer. Yesterday i got a call from one female named arpita (Dont know the authenticity of name) ([protected]) and before even getting a job she told me my salary will be 20k per month. She did send me one paytm number through mail and when i didn't paytm them, she called again and again and insisted me to make payment. She also mailed me account number so as to enhance options to make payment im which the account holder's name was dd deals. I didn't trust them because the email id was not @naukri.com it was hr. Naukari. [protected]@hotmail.com.
From that time, she's constantly calling me since morning while i was attending my classes. She then messaged me one threatning message that you wasted our time and now we are filing a case against you and blacklisting you. I will share a couple of screenshots with you. Kindly look into such matters and save innocent people to get into such traps.

On 27 & 28 August 2018 Miss Priya Sharma MNo [protected] call me on mobile that our Co www.naukriprime. com arrange job if you interested then you should register for job. But I denied that day. On 28 August 2018 she also call me then I ask her about job she say our Co take charges Rs 2832 for registration and within 15 days you should able to join job there is no any other charges, you should pay this amt on line. Then she told me to come on online and forward call to next person MR RAHUL VERMA M NO [protected] He begin to register on line first he told me your registration charge received on 28 August 2018, now 1 more charges ID REGISTRATION Charges Rs10443 /Due to Net problem debit not seen Mr Rahul Verma said me for 2 nd time on line payment. It occurs both time debited payment, further he told one more charges GUARANTEE ID Charges which Is RS 14500/ which also debited. Thus total Amt RS 36200 / debited in 2 days e g 28 & 29 August 2018, Mr Rahul Verma told me Double payment Rs 10443 / credit back within 4/ 5 days on Saturday Or Monday next. Till after I am frequently calling Mr Rahul Verma for Double payment & for job assignment Every time he said on next Monday your payment should be paid. My last conversation on mobile was 26 Oct 2018 Friday and that day he also told me to call him on Monday 29 October 2018 for Double payment . But on 29 October 2018 his mobile phone was frequently no reply and onwards 30 October 2018 there Mobile phone switch off.
Miss Priya Sharma's Mobile is also switch off from last 45 to 50 days. They froduently cheated me for more than RS 36000/. Pl enter my complaint and go through the matter.

This is a complaint against mr. Manish malhotra and ms. Neelam who call me and said i have seen your resume and documents. You are selected and your interview is to be conducted on 20th nov.in this regard you have to fill a online form and pay 2500 rs.

A naukri.com employee called up my registered mobile number and got into an abusive tone unnecessary. I feel the company and its employees are abusive the details of the clients, wiz. Our personal information, phone number and other details and are simply over looking consumer rights and violating it. I plan to take proper consumer court action against the employee and the employer in the following matter if the matter isn't attend by the following company
I look forward to a solution from the employer's end. Details of the employee are mentioned -

Through naukri my brother (Mr. Ritam pramanik) selected, & interviewed at wise data solution. They selected & asking for join with inr 800.00 as per them, it’s training & registration charges & u will get job.

But after given inr 800.00 they informed if you will be between 1 to 12 th rank, then no charges.

But now when my brother went to collect the training letter, that time they asking for 1500.00 you have to pay during training..
Because you are not 1 to 12 th rank.
Even they have not shared wht types of job & proper address.
Where the job is???
This is a fraud company or franchise.
Even i called them two times & they never told for training payment of inr 1500.00.
After given registration fees inr 800.00 then only they have informed. This is a totally fraud. My sincere request from authority, please take action & blacklist such type of company.

I received a call from one of the naukari official that i am selected for interview and beed to oay 2900 as assurity. I paide the same and then they demanded 6000 doe document verification. I asked to opt out and theb they asked me to pay 870 as gst which i paid.

Now they are sayibg some banking verification failed and i need to pay 1600 more.

I havent received a single penny as refund yet.

Recruiter name is vinay sharma.
He is provide the bank job. Bank name is hdfc. And he has taken 2.50. Lakhs.
And 2 month is gone. But job is not final.
So please refund my 2.50 lakhs. First step is taken 500 after taken 1000 he tell me refund it first month salary. & after 10000 account opening.& 20500 security amount.7500 courier charges.45000 employ id charge.20000 file charge.
30000 laptop charge.& 20000 flyite charge. Sign charge 45000.& 4500 bond charge.& 20000 training charge.
& 14400 other charges. Total vinay sharma has taken my money 2.50 lakhs.& not response. This time.
So i am tushar khokhariya.

I got a call from naurkri.com person name gaurav he said m calling from naukri.com i got a job for product manager and i have to pay 2400 later he said i have to pay 5800 for some documents and then some other person name gaurav ask me to pay 7000 for bond... They said they will refund my amount whenever i want, i want my money back i want my refund back

I received a call from naukri verification dept that the services opted are not working hence they are refunding the amount. I received a call from [protected] guy name siddharth. She shared me otp for verifying both mail and mobile number. He told me that the amount will get credited to my account in 24 hours which has not happened.

I request you to refund deducted amount 46000 immediately to my account.
I have filed an fir as well against it.

Naukri.com employees have asked me money for about 14000 and i have paid all of them.

I have called them serval time and mail them alot but there is no response

The no is also going switch off.

Sorry to say but they have not act as per committed

This is not a complaint but a request for verification of authenticity of an entity going by the name of "naukri portal".

I am a freelancer doing various type of jobs thru different freelancer job sites like fiverr, freelancer.com etc.

I had responded to a project involving data entry provided thru freelancer.com by this entity "naukri portal". I have received an email confirming my selection for this job and the procedure to be followed (Screenshot of the email is attached: please note that they have referred you (Naukri.com) in the mail for authenticity.

In a subsequent mail that i received today evening, they have asked for a refundable security deposit o[censored]sd 100 ostensibly towards cost of setting up a vpn workstation for me to do the job on this workstation.

I want to know if this entity "naukri portal" is associated with your company and if so, whether they are authorized to offer such type of jobs and pay for them.

An early reply shall be appreciated.

I am banker by profession and i'm currently working in ahmedabad. This fraud job website naukri.com has taken apx. Rs 6000 for job opening services, the customer executive ms. Ankita ([protected]) from this naukri.com persuaded me to pay this amount for the services which she explained in call discussion.
After i paid the money, i got call from some other person from naukari as relationship manager, as he asked other 12000 to pay to go further for the same services. When i refused to pay as ms. Ankita offered the same services in 6000 before and not informed about further process. When i again discussed with ms. Ankita she said we are not responsible to provide further process charges to customer, customer should ask us that is there any further charges for the service or not, its responsibility of customer.
I really wanted to have my money back, and also wanted to make other people make alert before going for such kind of paid service from naukari.
Do not use any paid service of naukari.com.

They offer me a job in reliance as a fashion designer and demand 2900 hundred rs after that when I make a payment they again demand 5000 rs again I make the payment, After that now they demand 12000 rs and when I denied to make the payment and cancel the deal

I run a hr consultancy (Start up) in delhi. We manager was contacted by mohit gulia, area manager-corporate sales at info edge (India) limited to get naukti.com paid services. That time out gst no. And pan no. Was not been obtained. So they insisted and forced us to take the services on a different name promising us that a new invoice would be generated once our gst no. And pan no. Are obtained. So we paid them. Now when we do have our gst no. And pan no., mohit gulia is completely denying and saying that he never said that. Now we are completely struck and cannot file for gst return. These kind of false practices should be immediately and kindly resolve my issue. I would be grateful.
