This is one of the worst job site which i have seen in my life.I paid for my CV and after that i never got any single job offer from this site.I got offers from other sites and right now i am in UK and i am getting offers from various sites.But i took help of Naukri.com for my CV and other things also, but this is one of the worst site, And i will complain about thiss to media also.

I completely agree. I have also subscribed to their service... its over a month now and i havent recd my cv as yet. I recd the first draft after 15 days and it was just my cv rewritten - the qulaity of cv was so bad. repeated calls/ mails has elicted no response from them.

I thought that Naukri.com was a reputed team. However after joining, I find that they are not responsive to 'uncomfortable' questions from your end. They try to 'stick' the most expensive package on you. When you persist and enquire, they reduce the price and finally come to price quoted much less than the original price. There is absolutely no transparency regarding the prices; neither on the websites(where prices are mentioned as -starting from.Itemised charges are not explained on the site) nor through the staff members. I was promised that I would be able to have a talk with the developer beforehand so I could explain my requirements. That was not fulfilled, because no one has called me yet.
I am awaiting the 1st draft of the developed C.V (supposed to be 4 working days-lets see). However reading the complaints here, I am afraid, will I be disappointed?. I will update regarding the quality of the developed C.V as soon as I get my hands on it.

We are all tanla employees. Please help me all tanla layoff employees.
Tanla also same as sat yam, it is worsted company, no projects are running, but they release good profits, it is ok if profits is there why they removed all employees. The story of the company: it is public limited company, for their share value increase purpose they release every quarter good results. Total frauding company, please anybody investigate and check their accounts. Am worked their last one and half year, am frankly saying there is no work and also no expert employees all are CMD recommended candidates. Am not mention the party name, that party is full support to tanla company. That party is one of the sleeping partner in tanla.
Tanla is layoff employees around 250 empl just wondering the basis for the tanla solutions, it is not cost cutting, they boasted and screamed abt the profits and comp growth for the past one decade.
it is worst company i ever worked in. they recruited employees offering huge salaries but no work planned for them. as the indian got announced that there will no layoff in India. these tanla
Management buggers wanted to encash the situation and planned to sell off the entire unit to one norway based company, and that company wants only 150 employees to be on board. so they started axing employees they are very clever, thereby have not caned all employees i one instance, they are gradually reducing manpower by 10-12 employees on a daily basis. they started this exercise since November, you can check the attendance register if required. they may achieve their target of axing employees by this month end. even there is a rumour that they have not filed employees PF and their contribution to PF office. they have terminated employees without giving any notice period or settlement amount, its shame on their part. employees are totally dependent on them with their families with small kids, where these employees will go now, iwth this type of job market around it is very difficult to get other job also. the non management of tanla is very perfect. i pray the director and people who are involved in this layoff should be hanged in front of sacked employees and their families. i request all sacked employees to put their blogs here and come on the common platform. we will make union and screw them to their glory. They put all investment in their aparna constructions.

This is in regards with the Naukri resume service.I have got a cal from henna Bhandari for the Naukri resume services and i was told by your team that after paying for the services i will be getting the jobs calls and will be getting some special services.

I would like to tell you that after paying for the services i have not received a single mail or a cal from from anyone for the job.

And the best part is that even i have not received a single cal from your naukri team after paying for the services.

I was the one who called your naukri team (Anshu mathur)as you have made my resume completly wrong.

After a long follow up finaly your team has made my resume correct.

Now its been more than two months i have enrolled for your services and i have not received any cal.

I have my full doubt on your team that you guys have cheated me.

I am the one paid customer to Naukri almost 1 year, Fo Naukri Subscription those guys will simply bluff this, that, bla bla bla.. don't rely on wht those guys will tell you, coz you will get the Completely -Ve result what those guys will tell b4, If you call to any Naukri office and ask them for your resume status and I don't get a call like this, those guys will reply that you cannot belive if I say, the worst, also other people who have not subscribed to Naukri paid services will get lot of job mails rather than you. so this is not my suggestion My humble request to you aspired customers Never Subscribe for Paid service.

Guidelines:
1. Just Upload your CV in Naukri for Free.
2. Stay Away from getting Naukri Subsciption.
3. Better upload your CV in Monster you will get a Quality calls which will exatly suits to yuor CV but Don't subscribe to paid services.

naukri.com team is champ in replying mail and complaint on paper but real result and effort to solve problem of customer is nill.Do more work for customer satisfaction.

I am extremely disappointed with the team of Naukri.com...and my consultant Ms.isha sudan and mr. aman sethi who did nthing to resolve the matter. inspite of explaining my problems...i gave them the updated cv n pulled my 5 yrs back cv from their naukri.com site inorder to save their time n energy, updated my old profile...when i gave them the registration amount reminded them to not to use my old id as i ve deleted my yahoo id n past details have no link with the present one...but still they created me the resume based on my old resume...n till noe they have not corrected it...they have not even provided me with the naukri id n password...n im gettin mails from jaipur...where i use to stay 5 yrs bck...just bcoz they have not created my new id...even after taking 2800 rs...hopless service...

No-one from their team has gone through the pains of going through my original cv in detail.

Their service is pathetic.
The resume developer Pritha Sen does not have any domain knowledge. She has a cocky air in her mind that she is a genious. In fact she is a dumbo.
Poor quality of service, no idea what they are doing.

Naukri.com, the so called retail dispensers of employment in this country are nothing short of fraudsters who will pomise you something, do exactly opposite. It looks girls and boys with glaring imitated western accent and + 2 qualification(or disqualification), who has no industry experience are the one developing your resume in the style of documen writers in registrars office. . They have absolutely no idea of the expertise of candidate. All they do is to interpolate few jargon from here and there in stuff it and make your CV.

Never get trapped in their game of calling, sending SMS to you offering resume development services, that they are able to do with the strength of the data bank they have already with them. Once the fee is collected there responsibility ends and your responibility of following up with then starts, . I have completed three months after assigning them this work to them . I do not know whether to call them Naukri .com or crookedness.com

I strongly agree with your statement.Bloody naukri doesn't respond and will not respect our values, when comes to money they take initially no compromise in that. I just got fed up by following them for more than 2 months to make a resume, in this i would have prepared an excellent resume, i am feeling regret for this.

Lucky i did a search on google about Naukri.com's resue services...i guess i'm better off with my old one or else i'll create one myself...thanks to all the guys for letting others know about their pathetic experience with Naukri.com

Very bad service. They havent even got my name right. They took the money from me in USD as I was abroad when I availed the services. They were very prompt at calling me (ISD) until they received the amount. They promised that I would be counselled 'n' number of times through the phone, I havent received a single call from them. And about jobs, their "non - paid" side of the portal got me more calls. The paid side did not get me even single call as of yet. Pathetic frauds --> the total Naukri team.

Naukri.com — Poor service and no solution

I have paid full amoun to naukri for developing my CV and flashing it to 1000 domestic consultants for 6 months but its almost a month now and they are not able to develop the CV. I have sent them atleast 6 to 7 emails but they are not replying to it. I called them up as well but they said they will arrange for call back and it never happend. It's more than a month now and they are just fooling me or not replying at all.

Even I had similar experience. Please dont avail their resume development service. I though they will call and consult with us for making new resume. but they just got my resume from Naukri.com and did copy, paste and some word formatting. It doesn't worth for Rs.1800.
And about their customer server- its very pathetic. They wont bother how urgent it is, they will take their time and do their work. My resume is still under development and its been more than 18 days :(

I have availed paid services from Naukri.com for around 2565/- Rs. in Oct 2010. I have not received any confirmation from naukri.com saying that your services are being activated; they have stopped replying.
1. Gold Online Persona.
2. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant.
3. Resume Display for 6 months.
4. Job mail for 6 months.
5. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant.

My experience with Naukri.com is by very bad or say it is the worst experience. It all started right from the 1st week after availing the service and still continuing the same. Below are the point of concerned:-

1. Resume Flash 100 Gulf Consultant :- I was been told that my resume will be sent to 100 Gulf consultant, which has not been done.
2. Resume Display for 6 months :- Incorrect resume displayed.
3. Job mail for 6 months :- Jobs are either expired, or not of my interest area.
4. Resume flash to Domestic Consultant :- Wrong resume flashed, I am regularly receiving call on consultant asking for some else name like Vivek, Amit, Gaurav, and from different field and that to from different fields like Taxation, IT, Software development etc which are not my area of Interest. Saying that they have received resume mail from naukri.com, stating my contact details and mail ID too in resume which nowhere belong to me.

I would rather say Management focusing on complaint received, They are just concentrating on number services sold. I would not be leaving these people untouched.

Request all the individuals who are being cheated by naukri.com, mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com, as we as an individual can fight with them so lets get together and SUE them in court. I am having enough evidence to get back me refund and mental loss incurred to me, because of them.

Highly pathetic way of earning money by Naukri.com .. These services are Fraud. its been more than 2 months since I subscribed for resume services for 6 months. still 1st step of their development is under process. made thousands of follow ups, lodge no. of compaints. no one even bother to respond.
I waste my money, I lost that precious time where I could hav tried through some other sources, I had a huge mental stress due to not receing any response to my queries.

NAUKRI IS FULL OF CHEATER SALES GUYS, They go to any length to close the sale over phone. I was told that if you are ordering the resume development, resume flash & SMS services by TODAY, you will get additional 300 Rs discount. Now after nearly 20 days of payment, there is no call from them, only I am the one calling them. Monster is far better with professional writers based out of Mumbai & Bangalore.

I could read all reviews before paying, but by the name "Naukri" I trusted them and paid money. Until you pay money they just come behind you and make you feel that service is extraordinary but this is cheating from naukri. Don't believe with their polished words and pay for it. I have got cheated from them and helpless position that can not oppose how Naukri is cheating people. Please don't opt for this service, they are just Fraud service. This very recent experience from me, if you don't believe on reviews from us, you will end up with losing money and frustration for getting cheated very easily.

Naukri Resume Development Service — Fraud

Naukri resume developement sales guys will call you a million times to sell their resume developement service, but once you buy the service and pay the money, no one in the entire company will respond to you, the given numbers only ring and nobody will answer you, you try calling a million times.

It is the most unprofessional company in the country,
If your are planing to buy any of thier services please dont fall for it.

Naukri is the worst in services. Pathetic.

I think we are fool that we opt the service from naukri.com for resume development from other. You are the only right person who know you best not they. It is the matter of time to spent and pain to take to develop resume, but we don't do. There are many samples of CV available on internet accordingly we can prepare our resume.

I don't know that naukri.com is ISO 9001 certified. If you guys know please let me know, we can put complaint to certifying body as well as accredition body that inspite of huge number of customer complain why the organization is ISO 9001 certified.

Naukri.com resume service is just opposite to your expectation. They will just copy/paste the credentials and change the font so that the resume appears to be compact. Even if you ask for modifications, mail is sent for final confirmation copy. There has been no person to be held responsible for the goof-ups taken place in the due process. Obviously they are not at all serious of your requirements and existing job profile.

Naukri.com — Naukri is good

Contrary to all the compliant i opted for naukri.coms services and than god i did because i got an excellent resume made and after they send my CV to consultants i got very good job opportunities so i would like to thank everyone at naukri.com

Naukri's major problem.

The moment you choose to avail one service they call a offer you 5 more on a discounted price, but infact these are the worst services.
Once money is gone you can t do any thing.

They will take your resume, copy pest it to a new template, add few lines form the resumes of similar background, send you and forgot.

Dont buy services from Nukari, especially Resume making even if they offering it for free. You will end up getting your resume's copy in a new template, and waste your money on calling and time on follw-ups.

They will never improve on service.

I wish I had read this page before going for paid services of Naukri.com. I took resume display, fast forward services and Job mail for 6 months. I have yet to received a relevant job mail from Naukri so far. All the junk mails i am receiving

Hi All, I would suggest not to go with Naukri for resume building as they very poor in building the resume. What ever content is given is only copy pasted and and resume is aligned lot of spelling mistakes in the resume. Not trust worthy in first thought itself take some good approach
