1. I had paid Rs 3700/- to naukri.com online towards
my profile development which also includes sending my profile to 1000
consultant and 100 gulf consultants. Payment was done by credit Card in
last week of April 08.
2. Whole process is over now. They are also claiming that they have sent
my profile to 1000 domestic consultant and 100 gulf consultants.
3. When i asked them details of 1000 domestic consultant and 100 gulf
consultants, all they are giving me is Name of Consultant and City.
No mail id or address or telephone nos are shared. How do i cross check?
4. They are not giving me any proof that they have forwarded my profile to
these many consultant.
5. I have paid them for sharing my profiles to consultants, dont i have
right to cross check it? or ask for proof if it has been done or not?
6. Before making payment, their sales person, sapna sahoo, even comitted
verbally that all these details will be shared. Now they are just denying
the fact,
7. How can i solve this? Please help me.
Consequences : I think i am being deprived of my right of information. I
have pad for these services after all.
I have taken up this with their sales and customer care dept but they have
turned deaf now and does not want to resolve the issue and keep beating
around the bush.

I am awaiting the 1st draft of the developed C.V (supposed to be 4 working days-lets see). However reading the complaints here, I am afraid, will I be disappointed?. I will update regarding the quality of the developed C.V as soon as I get my hands on it.
