Dear respected naukri team.

This mail is to bring to your notice about a harassment faced by me today regarding job recruitment. I had received a call from mobile number : [protected] at 1:18 pm as on dated 13/08/2018, and had asked the called to that i shall call him back within half an hour as there was a network issue and we both trouble listening to each other.

As, per our last discussion i had called him back at 1:30 pm (Within half an hour as promised) from my mobile phone number : [protected]. However, his phone was busy. He then called me back at 1:32 pm, and said that he has blocked my profile with your organization as i had not entertained his call in the first place. He then insisted that i was lying and started accusing me with false claims. I even apologized and requested him to listen to my concern for not being able to attend the call at the 1st place, but he was very adamant and ended up saying “ kyun du main apko aadha ghanta?”. On further insisting he even ended saying “ tum jo kaam kar rahi ho wahi karo, kyunki tumhara profile abhi block kar denge taki tum future maien kabhi apply na kar payo”.

I am really surprised at such words coming from an employee of naukri.com which is supposedly the most known and the biggest recruitment channel in the country. The most astonishing part was that when i confronted him of his behavior towards a lady, he sounded very ignorant of the fact.

We look up to your prestigious organization for opportunities and get seriously annoyed when we are mistreated. I do understand that being the most prominent recruiting medium you can get an alternative of mine very easily, and so we are bound to abide by certain behavioral aspects. My humble request to you is, please look into the matter as this can cause a serious damage to anyone’s career.

I, also sincerely apologize for anything wrongly said by me.

I received a call from a company name digitech that is digitaltechonology.. They told me to pay 3850 as registeration fee and 3000 is refundable and 850 is therir documenry fee. So i the pay full amount and i done the work till now i dnt recieve any details from the company and they are not attending my call and emails... Please kindly help me if they dont give the salary not problem kindily pay back my 3000/- back bcoz im poor i borrowed others to pay this please help me.. This company is fake.
Emails which i received them are - hr. [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com and khushi sharma is the executive that contact with me their helplines and other phones num are +91 [protected]

I had an account with naukri.com

I deactivated the account last year.
Still naukri.com is sending me fraud job emails.
I also deactivated my naukri.com recruiter's account; but still they are sending me scamy emails.
I have made contact with their support staff repeatedly but no satisfactory solution was given.
Please help me out

I recently referred link to my friend of some job posting which was posted on my account. As she clicks the links, the job posting gets opened for her, but on my account my profile details got changed. after almost one month or more i logged in to my account and can see her (my friend's) photo as profile picture and her resume being uploaded some how.

how can such technical changes occur without even me changing any details of my account on its own.

i have been using naukri since 2015 and this is really disappointing to see you guyz are playing with y profile and details. even keeping the data of other people unsafe.

on top of this, you dont have any customer care number to complaint for such issue. somehow i arranged the number so you executive says after hearing everything that she will arrange a call back and even after 2 days no call has come neither any action is taken. kindly help me understand what went wrong and where otherwise i have to take some other actions for all this data swapping which u did.

I would like to give a contact number of the person who called me from naukri.com a person named manish and his no was [protected] and he started asking me questions regarding my family.. Questions were like how many people are there in your family.. Why u don’t have any issues till now etc etc... I asked him that all these questions are irrelevant to my job searching and he said it’s mandatory. When i refused to answer him he started telling that u stay at home and do your job. This was really disgusting and this is the first time i am facing such people from naukri where i have already talked to many others who worked for naukri. Plz see the issues and teach the person how to speak to the clients.

Sir, I am sk Ahamedullah from West Bengal, kolkata.I was apply a cv for job in nakri.com.After that they call me and say about a job in kolkata and say that give 1800 rupees for interview and you can cancel this interview any time .Then my family is not given me permission for this interview and then I cancelled this interview.But cant want to refund my money .They said give more 324, 175 for GST and Cancellation charge.I am also given 899 rupees more.But now they asked for more 700.Therefore I feel that it is a fake company.sir please help me to refund this money.My mobile no [protected] and the persons who call me his number [protected], [protected]. I have been insisted by your executive to make payment for paid service which is not at all worth and i didnt get any offer as executive promised
I have deposited around 65, 000 rupees which is total waste and i dont want to loose my money.

On 1st of aug i got a call from view naukri team swathi [protected].. She told if i pay rs.2714/- i will get the job premium service for 15 days and 80% of job opportunity created by their line manager.
Based on her call and good company trust i have paid this amount. Then they pressure me to pay another rs.10030/- immediately to complete my transaction which was not told earlier or my first payment.
I request her to refund the money but the disconnect the line.

The next day another man called from view naukri mobile [protected] regarding the repayment of this requested amount. I have shared
By bank details to him. He told me to transfer another rs.2714/- to refund the earlier amount. When i questioning him why? Even after given my bank details why need to re - transfer again, he disconnect the line.
I doubt, some false people are using a good company name.
Kindly advise how to get this amount back?

Today at 7.30 pm I received a call about short listing of my resume in top mnc in mumbai mentioned as sunpharma and cipla.
He took my info and later demanded money for job assurance of about 2500. He forced me to download bhim app and suggested to do payment through debit card.
When asked for detail protocol he yelled at me and said bad words asking me sit and deliver baby and has no right to work in mnc.
He blackmailed saying that he would see how I get the job and block my id in naukri.

When i told them i am not accepting offer then they tell me you have to complete payment then they will refund me my money

Sir i had made a profile on naukri. Come for the job. There was a call from ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],) they have taken my telephonic interview and have given me the selection letter for the post of pharmacist executive in guwahati. They have asked amount rs 14625 in the account holder name of (Jaydev mandal a/c no -[protected] idfc bank, ifsc code-idfb0020151) for the security deposit. Which i have paid in the assurance...

I have opted the paid services of naukri.com. My reference id is 180723cs3936367 crm:0054983. Company has asked me to pay 3000/- and they will provide two services job 4 you and resume display for three months. After receiving the payment their executive has called me on 25th july 2018 and discuss my resume and asked about my requirements (What kind of job & preferred location) when i shared my requirement she said they don't have job matching to my profile so they are holding the service. On 26th july company has sent me mail and they offered me two alternative service in the place of job 4 you service. I declined the offer on 30th july and informed the company that i have paid the company for a whole package (Job 4 you & resume display) and by the time of offer from company and payment, naukri executive has not informed me that they might withdraw from one service (Job 4 you). During the offer company assured me that they will send me jobs as per my requirement and i have paid based on the assurance provided by company. So, i will request company to refund my money.
Meanwhile, company has sent me a mail on 31st july and informed me that they have initiated resume display services on my account.
Company has sent a mail on 1st august 2018 by offering me to refund 1250/- as they are not able to provide job 4 you services and they also informed me that they have already initiated resume display services for my account.
I wrote a mail to company on 1st august, i have already communicated to the company on 30th july that i will not opt resume display services standalone as i have paid for whole package not two separate services. So, how they have initiated the resume display services on 31st july without my consent. I just want my money back because you are not able to provide services as offered before payment.
In morning of 3rd august, i got a call from naukri and the executive tried to explain that they will only be able to refund 1250/- for not able to provide job 4 you services. Again, i have communicated him same thing that i have paid for whole package not for two separate services and if company is not able to fulfil the commitment done before payment they should refund my whole amount. Why i compromise with money for company failure. I have opted the paid services of company because i have specific requirement now company is saying that you have specific requirements, so we are not able to provide some service and they will refund only 1250 (Which is 1/3 of my paid amount) and i don’t have any option but forced to avail half services. As, company is not able to fulfil the commitment they should refund my money as i have paid for whole service.
It seems that naukri is cheating their customer by making false commitments. Once, they receive money they are not bothered to provided services. The company don't have any professionalism and they are just making money by cheating their clients.

From naukri.com, executive of naukri had offered me a chance to work in mnc for that they have taken 106000 rs for profile registration purpose for job in mnc. After some days when reply has not came from naukri.com i have applied for refund. They given mail to me regarding refund, that it will be credited all amount on 23 jul 2018, but not such happen. Now they don't even give reply to my mail's and not peeking up my calls.

Hi team,

Kindly check your team took almost rs. 70000. Slowly slowly everyday then i told them to refund my money back they took my account details and all and told in 25 working days your money will refund, but now more than 25 working days gone still didn't got my money back and they are not reverting on my mails and also not receiving my calls.

Please check and help in resolving this issue asap.

I got call from naukri that my resume got selected for ibm. They told that i need to pay amount which will be refunded. I have paid around 40k to naukri. I have got call from ibm for telephonic round. They told that i will get call for second round after one week. If i call back to the numbers from which i got call they are switched off.

I have received a call from swathi ([protected]) viewnukari.com for job premium job search service. She told i need to pay 2714/- against their service. I trust the company and paid that amount through my credit card.
After this payment she insist to pay and other 10300/- for interview call. I request her this was not told be in advance and please refund a minute back paid by amount.
She disconnect the line and she told no service provide in future. Why such cheating is entertaining with big company?
Kindly arrange for my refund.

This website does not send payments.
It says i used third party software and that my project id is terminated.
I AM 100% SURE THAT I HAVE BEEN FAIR AND NOT USED AND OTHER SOFTWARE.

I am going to file a complaint unless i receive my payment or proof regarding the cheating accusale.

im also a victim of this fraud company. first they ask us to pay their fees and id proof.
i dint understand why do they need the id proof for this. if we do this then they have all the access to miss use our id.
if we submit our first project they sure will find any reason or if they cant find any they will say that we are using a third party software
and cheat us for our hard work done right.
100% fake company
please dont fall into their trap
they wont pay you
all their payment reports are fake

don t pay them the the joining fees at least save that money so you cant use it for any good purpose.

Hello everyone no one is cheating here. first of all if you go for any other company if you give 100% accuracy they says you had used software and your ID is terminated also some times you dont get the money here if we found we are keeping typing test if you have done promptly just attend the test and get your money. so everyone is getting there money every monday to there respective bank acco0unts. simply dont blame the company.

i have registered under online data entry, after getting job (20 pages-780rs.) i started data entry on "idedatatyping.com" but after completing one page submitted data is shown in "view" option under given ID, now i getting problem after submission my submit data is not visible under my ID, so i mail to their company email, they are telling our site is working properly, and they didnt solve my problem.
