I have been cheated by naukrihr saying i will be getting job in mysuru. They made me believe in such a way that they are opening hsbc bank branch in mysuru. I had regularly communicated with them through mail before making payments. The had confirmed that all amount will be refunded whether i get job or not. This was done from 23rd oct 2017 and i had paid last payment on 30th oct 2017 as person by name rahul who had interviewed me over phone confirmed that on 1st nov 2017 new branch will be set up. Hr person who interviewed me said that hsbc main branch is at mumbai and he will be coming to mysuru when new brach will be opened. So i had sent series of mails to get confirmation and also had communicated with them whether they are doing any fraud. They were so good over phone in convincing me that i believed them. I even asked why are you not sending mails through hsbc id he said biswa jeet is our hr head as this is hidden vacancy we will not send it through official mail id. Trusting people has become huge mistake. I am sending this to bangalore & mumbai cyber cell as the main branch of hsbc is in mumbai. Till date rahul hr mobile is switch off and naukrihr mobiles are switch off. I need your help to stop them to loot other people i had paid in total rs. 1, 02, 600 to naukrihr company account. I believed in them as they had provided company account not any personal account. Amount paid to naukri hr with code 3290 for interview and job - Sl. So many people are involved to make money from people looking for job and who are suffering from other mental pressure. Because of our helpless situation these guys are making money. Please some one lodge complaint to police and arrest them. I think people who get trapped are those who don't have money but actually need job to earn. I am also one such person. Nov 30, 2017 Updated by Phani Bharadwaj I just took one more step to see if I get refund from Naukrihr. One person by name Ashish Srinivas with mobile number [protected] which is under name Ravi Dukan (True caller) called me after I had posted above complaint. He said I have joined Naukrihr 9 Months back, Ravi Dukan was previous employee.He said I am from Naukrihr Refund team and I have got notice about my complaint (on Friday 24th Nov 2017) and will refund you the amount. I told him if I am unable to contact you after I pay the money he said that he will call me as he as to get full GST Amount. For that he will process my refund. I insisted him to give his office address and below was the address which he gave saying our company is genuine. Also I asked him to communicate through mail but he said I cannot do that, just believe him as he will work for my refund. Naukrihr GF9, 9th Floor, Ekta Apartment, Near Greenwood KG School Barakhamba Road, Delhi, 110001 Even though I didn't believe I made up my mind as I had to repay my debt which I had paid. Nobody else will give that as I don't have job. He said sales team is the one who are taking money and not acting as promised. And I asked him why don't you take action on them, he said we can refund on behalf of them and see that complaint posted is marked as resolved. For that he asked me 18% GST and as I had already lost 1 lac he said you have to pay 9% first and then once refund is done will have to pay balance. He said if you don't pay that you will loose money (Again black mailing). He said the process will be done by 4 - 5 working days. Instead of losing money you can pay part amount we will process your refund to you bank account which he has taken it from me through SMS. He insisted me saying lot of complaints are pending as they have not paid this GST Part. He asked me to pay Rs. 5K on Saturday and constantly following that with me. Whenever they force us to make payment in hurry we should know they are fraud. I had no money so I asked him will pay on Monday (27th Nov 2017)paid him 5000 and through Paytm only. One Paytm number which I had paid is same number from which I got call and the name in Paytm was Refund Team. I have attached the same image. He also has asked me if my mobile is not reachable drop a message then he will call me. He said please don't believe anybody else if they say they will refund. He said his office working hours is 10 AM to 7.30 PM. He said he will give call on Thursday 30th Nov 2017 saying we have to take rest of GST amount from refund made. Today full day I have not received any call and I am unable to send the message also to that person. You may think I am fool to believe again and again but just want this to be highlighted and serious action to be taken on these companies. The payment which was made is as below as each number has limit to add money - [protected] - Rs 3500 [protected] - Rs 1100 [protected] - Rs 400 I don't know every thing which they have as password for making payment was job123 and refund12 or 714 which they change. Now if I call his mobile is switch off and messages are not delivered. Whoever had send notice please take serious action if I don't get refund amount. This is real time fraud I am trying to explain even though I have lost money I would like this fourm to take action against all people who are involved in this. Please help in getting money back or atleast see that they are in police custody so that will not loot other innocent persons. One thing is sure the Karma will hit back everyone, my bad time I paid and believed these persons. I believe in God and everyone who are part of this will be taken care. It is my bad fate I have been paying money like this.  Dec 04, 2017 Updated by Phani Bharadwaj I don't now what sort of company is Naukrihr. I have been literally harrased to full extent and still Ashish Srinivasan is asking money to refund my amount even after making payment for part GST as I had said above. I said keep GST amount in my refund and payback rest, but he is not ready to do that and said there is no need to pay 18% of total amount pay NOC fees Rs. 2965 we will transfer amount within 40 Minutes. Believing that I took further action. Then I had paid Rs. 2965 amount on Saturday 2nd Nov 2017 and had confirmed him around 3.45 PM throung message. This is because I cannot call him as his mobile will always be not reachable. He didn't receive the message and if I call that number it is not reachable. Later he dropped message CALL URGENTLY at 5.52 PM. He said if you have paid Rs. 2965 you will get half of total refund amount and you can pay balance GST in that amount and take full amount. Saturday evening becuase of some network issue he said I will complete refund on Monday. Today Monday I thought I will get my money but no he called me around 12 Noon and asked how much balance you have in you bank account. And he said you should have 20000 Rs balance why I don't know. By mistake I said I can arrange to have Rs 5000 balance in my account, after listening to that he asked me to make payment of that amount and will refund in 5 Minutes everything. Everytime he is black mailing me saying if you don't pay you 1 lac will go. If I ask that he says your case is very critical and we have to close that and Naukri HR Team (I don't know who is this) is insting to take 5000 amount. By chance if I had said I had balance 20000 I think they would have asked for full amount. He has confirmed that once I pay Rs 5000 before 3.20 PM he will refund my amount in 5 installments 20000 and rest in one installment. I don't know what sort of refund process is being followed. Taking money part by part is one thing why they want that to be refunded in parts I don't know. If that was the case they should have collected GST for each payment separately and pay me my amount. If this is real fraud please highlight me immediately. I have paid Rs 7, 965 in addition to my total amount believing that he will refund me the amount. Can anyone please look into this matter. He said the network will be fine if he calls for money when I call the network will not work. The reason he said was due to Ram Rahim case in Gurgaon police are creating network problem. And now I am also facing that problem. Please let me know if I can believe that I will get refund or shall I stop making payment.  Dec 05, 2017 Updated by Phani Bharadwaj Finally I have decided not to make any payment to the person who is making fool out of me. 4th Dec 2017 I had paid again 5, 000 as per final request. He said you don't pay anything more I will refund you today or 5th Dec 2017. So again I took loan and paid, now he is saying the amount has gone to bulk transaction, bank has not received the money. I have proof that money is transferred successfully. He said initially you have to pay 9% of total amount of refund as GST once refund is done you can pay remaining 9%. 9% of the amount of total refund is 10, 350. Now I have paid 12, 965 which is in excess of 9% what they said initially. Now again they want me to repeat transaction Rs 5000 and then they will repay. I am not sure to pay my money why they are asking so much. What sort of bank transaction they do, I am sitting in South India and they sit in North India and targed perople to fool. I have not used any bad language because I know whatever they are doing one day they will get back the same. Yesterday what was the situation I had updated in my above complaint. Please take action and ask them to refund. I seriously don't have money. Hoping to see some result for making this update here. He says I am busy with other customer, so people are making payments for the trap. I think this should be reported to Police. I am financially week and not in North India.
