Navata Road Transport — Goods missing , not delivered to our customer more than 1 month

Sir, we sri sabari marketing services, eachanari, coimbatore 641021, had booked a parcel to m/s praveen spinners, nuzivid, Andhra pradesh, on 20.07.2020, vide thru your docket number ( LR ) no Y030158

Till now, the material had not been received by our customer, and also on tracking your branch office says, the delivery slip is there, but the material is missing, we had been repeatedly calling to the mobile no sabeena of vijayawada navat ph no [protected] and navata sidco office no [protected], but till now there is no proper reply about our materials

it is very horrible that the material was sent on emergency basis, since the spares not received, Our customer machine is stopped for more than a month.
