[Resolved] Navata Road Transport — My package is not yet delivered

Hi, I booked consignment (P031559) fro. Pune (Nigdi) to mulugu on aug 5th. I received message that my consignment is delivered on aug 10th. I received only 2bags and 1cotton box. My one more bag is missing. Its been already one week still no progress or information. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Aug 20, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I have called customer care(9248094455) they said they raised complaint but still no progress. I contacted mulugu navata transport person he said may be package has been misplaced Somewhere. Can you help me out in this. Navata Road Transport customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 20, 2020 Updated by sindhu2497 How can you mark complaint as resolved without any progress. I didnt receive my luggage at all.
