Sir/ madam
Consumer of netplus broadband consumer id [protected] plan 200 mbps @rs 1599 + gst, sir getting very low speed of the range less than 20 mbps in evening and night, 30 to 40 mbps in afternoon, lot of complaints were made to customer care of netplus, l2 escalation, appellate authority the also to nodal officer but no action, so i am loading this complaint in consumer complaints so that i will get justice, below is the replica of one of mail send to above officers if netplus

Sir,

I vaneet gupta consumer id [protected] hereby bringing to your notice the following facts.
1. That i am having broad band plan of 200 mbps.
2. Till fist month the under sign wa getting good down load upto level of 150 mbps during peak hours.
3. The speed reduced to 40 to 60 mbps in next few days snapshots taken by using print screen are attached as annexure a, annexure b, annexure c.
4. Started registering complaints 31/5/2020 complaint no[protected], 01/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 03/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 03/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 05/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 09/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 10/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 12/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 13/06/2020 complaint no[protected], 15/06/2020 complaint no[protected] were registered but all were closed whith out resolution of problem, having record of the same.
5. Written so many mails to consumer care, l2 level consumer care and to appellate authority but still no resolution.
So in this context i vaneet gupta is submitting my humble request to get the problem resolved or inform me that there is such and such problem and will be resolved in so many days, so that the consumer does not grapple in dark.
This the highest level ia am writing know and thing that the problem will be taken care by personalities sitting at the respective seats, or i shall be informed that to whom shall i contact or shall i proceed with my consumer rights for net getting for what i am paying
