Nexa — false promise, exploitation, poor service

Dear Sir,

I have placed the order for Maruthi Ignis Zeta AMT (Petrol) Car on[protected] thro NEXA dealer M/S Aadhi Cars P Ltd., 1141 Mettuapalayam Road, Old Muthu Theater Premises, Coimbatore-641 043, As all the negotiations have been done by the undersigned with Mr.K.Paul Vivek Raj, Sr.Relationship Manager, Mr.M.Dinesh Kumar, Relationship Manager at my office situated at 16B, NGR Street, P.N.Palayam, Coimbatore-641 037 and accordingly the order were placed by myself. During negotiation, It was very specifically agreed by Mr.K.Paul Vivek that company will give an Cash Discount Rs. 20, 000/- (including Corporate Bonus etc., ) apart from Accessories offer of providing Spoiler and arrange to deliver the above car on or before[protected] subject to receipt of entire payments on or before[protected].
Moreover, they have given false promise that GST will increase minimum Rs.15000/- on or after[protected] for booking of this above model, then make me to tempt and pressurized me to booking a car, out of available stock. Please note that I have compromised choice of color also. He has collected entire payment on[protected] &[protected] by collecting advance payment of Rs.11, 000/- vide Yes Bank cheque No.29873 dated[protected] & Rs.6 lakhs thro Bank loan process on[protected] and collecting money vide RTGs No.[protected], dated[protected] plus the balance payment Rs.1, 24, 000/- vide ICICI cheque No.39077 dated[protected]on the same day itself ), totaling to Rs.7, 30, 000/-.
As against receipt of above payments from me on[protected], as per my request, they have given vehicle cost details with their offer details in white sheet. Even after[protected], they didn’t contact me for giving Invoice or status of vehicle delivery.
Even after my number of calls to the above two executives, neither pick up nor respond.
I am very tired contacting the dealer again and again as they don’t know how to speak up with the customers or I have done a bigger mistake by purchasing Aadhi Maruthi. Really it was very bad experience particularly with Nexa Aadhi Maruthi.
Finally I approached the NEXA by taking land line thro their website.
After my approach, I get got connected one person namely Mr.T.Maruthachalam, Sales Manager confirmed that he will check and call after brief about my problem and their negligence/false promise etc., moreover they yet to give even Invoice or receipt for my payment of Rs.7.30 lakhs. Then he sent the copy of Invoice on[protected] thro mail stating that online approval is blocked by RTO due to Implementation of GST etc., and without mentioning, when they will going to deliver my vehicle, why they are respond or giving invoice till this date etc.,
After receipt of invoice, I surprised to note that they didn’t give cash offer of Rs.20000/-.
Moreover, the price of above vehicle cost is reduced almost Rs.17000/- due to GST implementation/announcement and lost Rs.17000/- due to their false misrepresentation or false trade of practice.

Even after my prolonged followup, the above two executives never turned up upto[protected], even sales manager assured to send the executives for explain their negligence of service or support, but only on[protected], Mr.M.Dinesh Kumar came to my office and simply said that due to Online issue he didn’t pick up phone or answer my calls and just collect my signature in Form 20.
Finally, they have arrange to deliver my vehicle on[protected].

My complaints :

1. They did not inform me for more than 15days that they would not fulfil my order; this is causing significant hardship to me and my family apart from my lost of money from all the way.

2. If I booked another nexa, we can save upto Rs.17, 000/- with my choice of color

3. I lost bank loan interest, period from[protected] to[protected]non delivery of vehicle upto[protected]

4. we have booked one more same model vehicle (for my relative) in another nexa at coimbatore, due to this useless nexa agency namely Aadhi Maruthi, we got spl price competitively much less than the above my cost of vehicle, apart from accessories free

5. when I checked this above price/offer difference etc., with Manager of Aadhi Maruthi (due to the above sales executive neither pick up nor call my phone calls), he told me that the said nexa is corporate, hence they can give best offer, better than us (its most irresponsible and awkward answer and every one can understand that how cheat the customers without any conscious, since how dare he speak like this without any sense, to customers like me), then I asked him, why should I buy here, he simply answered, we are not compelled you.

Finally, he offered compensation, by giving accessory o[censored]nder chase quoting or Sticker, to the maximum cost of Rs.3000/-. I told them why should get this offer without my preference or requirement, then he finally offer of accessory ie "full MAT" instead of answering my all loss and their poor service, false promise, leads to mental agony, pressure etc., so all my problem will be valued for "Full MAT". Please think what is their attitude and handling of customer like me.

I will take up this issue thro legally, however I wish to share the same to people, no one should face the above, like me.

Before buying vehicle from Maruthi thro NEXA dealership, pl visit all nexa dealer in and around the city and collect the offer in writing and give us our payment to better one, especially holding dealership by corporate, otherwise, they make us fool and lost our hard earned money, manpower, peace etc;, by all the way, apart from getting so much of profit from us.

I request the nexa manager (redress cell), kindly look into this matter and give me your suitable reply after confirm/enquire the above complaint with said dealer and do the needful and under advice to me, please.

I bought a ignis Alfa car 3 month ago .I facing ingine problem and service center and my wheel showroom not support me kedartomar [protected] Bhopal MP.
