Purchased baleno delta car from next showroom of magic auto, dwarka on 29/01/2017. Right from first service onwards i am raising the issue of low mileage of the car. So far two services are over. Car has run 10078 km and iiird service is due. The car is giving a mileage of 8-10 km per litre of petrol i repeat 8-10 km per litre of petrol. What is the reason??
Is there any one in nexa maruti to redress the issue or i must approach consumer forum for selling substandard car.
Help not provided by nexa for rto registration not received after four month of purchase

    Hi.. My car is not working properly after 2nd servicing. It seems i have given my car to make full of problems. It make so much sound and started shivering... Auto lock is not working.. While bluetooth is connected m not able to answer any call.. Asap bandson amrawati make my car second handed car in 2nd servicing m not satisfied. Kindly resolve my problem it's my second complaint do something plzz

      Please rectify my vehicle's resting on the inside portion of the doors and also rear glass to the window and at the inside portion of the bonnet and etc.. It to point out that the anti-rust treatment is still in force there for it is to rectify at the earliest. I am trying from the date it was noted at the time of the service of my vehicle however the problem has not been resolved and day by day resting is increasing and damaging the inner portion of the right side of the door.

        As i have booked a car baleno zeta diesel from atul motors nexa jamnagar from vishal maru. Now i want to a insurance self but from last 3 days he is giving me a excuses not giving proper answer also.
        They are saying that we will not give a insurance self.
        General manager:- chirag and executive:- vishal maru with this both of them i talked but not giving proper answer and giving excuses.
        Is that any rule from company that customer cant take self insurance.

        Sir, I have booked Baleno Delta patrol car vide booking order no.SOB16001493 dated 12 Mar 2017 in CM auto Sales (P) Ltd. Phase-7 Mohali(Punjab), But till today vehicle is not delivered. CM auto Mohali is not giving any positive feedback regarding delivery of said vehicle.pl look into the matter.

          5-6 months before also i had problem with my car tyre though it was manufacturing defect now also i had same problem with my car another tyre now the problem is in front left tyre..2017 feb i bought car but its not been more than 1 years i had started facing tyre problems.. This is seriously not done it means nexa maruti suzuki ignis is giving 3rd class tyres.. Please look into this matter..

              I have booked my car maruti baleno delta petrol on 2nd april, 2017 (Booking no. Sob[protected]. On 25th july, 2017 i got a call & mail regarding availability of the same. At that time my mother was seriously ill & admitted in hospital. I told them that i am not able to take car right now & will take the same on or before 10th august, 2017. I was in need of car due to mother illness problem. Then on 3rd august, i told them that i will take the car tomorrow i. E. On 4th august, but they told me that you have to wait for another 15-20 days as your car is being allotted to another customer. Whether this is the policy of company that you couldn't understand the customer problem & wait for some days? Then i contacted on toll free number. From there i got a reply that this is the matter of dealer only & we can't do anything regarding this matter.

                Your sales force is praiseworthy but your after sales service is completely opposite.. Our car met an accident and was dropped at peaks auto at 4th of july 2017.. Whereas job card was generated on 12th vide number jc17033301. We were told to expect delivery by 25th july but they were unable to deliver it on 25th and asked for 3-4 more days..
                We were called upon by service centre to come on 1st of august for collecting our vehicle. But when we reached there the work was still not completed (Issues with paint quality).. They told us that some bad paint spots will vanish after 2-3 washes. When we objected the bad quality paint work it was redone in our presence.
                And when the delivery time arrived everything was messed up with billing... Your billing system was not updated/unable to generate invoice..
                We were told that maruti nexa is having some issues with cashless insurance /invoicing to hdfc ergo.
                Now we have been told to pay money to collect vehicle they will generate invoice in customers name. And when we contacted insurance co. They told us that invoice should be in name of hdfc ergo to get the claim..
                Mr. Arun sharma from nexa mediated to sort out this payment issues and assured us that we can get delivery on 3rd of august.. But when we contacted nexa today we have been denied delivery because of some system fault since last 10 days...
                We have heard almost dozen excuses from repair to delivery of our vehicle.
                And really this is an exceptional experience.. Nexa experience.

                Now can you please look into the matter to enable our car delivery at earliest possible date.

                  Car (WB 74 AP 0299) became worst to drive as some problem in the clutch came into the picture after 2nd FREE Servicing at NEXA Sevoke Motor Service Centre at Siliguri.. as a result car became jerky at 2nd Gear.. it was tested in the cited service centre several times; but according to them the rectification can not be possible & I have to drive the car like what it is & hence the problem is still alive.
                  Is this a so called ‘PREMIUM Service’ for a ‘Premium Car’ like Baleno Alfa??

                  Service Centres are not even bother for Maruti reputations as well as customer satisfaction!!

                  Kindly do the needful & revert accordingly.
                  Fased several issues like scratch, fitting errors, dirt etc etc ...while taking delivery of my new car.

                    I have purchased s cross (Ts07et5288) zeta bsiv on 31/10/2015 from varun nexa banjarahills branch and that was driven only 41000 km unfortunately, the car has not been satisfactory because my vehicle engine was over heated and excessive smoke came. Same problem repeatedly fourth time within 6 months. Whenever i am giving to service they taking 20 to 30 days for rectifying problem one more problem service center they changed my stepney tier worst service representative are not picking up my phone, not even does a single reply center from bowenpally d. Tarakeswar gernal manger ([protected]) & executive sai kiran ([protected]) address: survey no.33 medchal highway, sec-bad.
                    Within a 3 months i faced that the informative system provided by nexa co. Is having manufacturing defect, for that i complaint their and appreciatively the given me replacement with new piece, but i experienced that they did not having proper staff who can handle case of nexa, your brand new car, some untrained personals make repair services.
                    I don`t want my car to be repair. I want you to give my money back or a new car. Please solve this matter as soon as possible.

                      Dear nexa,

                      My name is sagar gandhi.
                      I am from ahmednagar, maharashtra.
                      I bought ciaz delta, petrol from kothari wheels, pune on 30-6-17. (Ref. The attachments)
                      The invoice bears the above date.

                      I didn’t go ahead for pune (Mh12) passing.
                      I wanted to have mh16 i. E. My city’s registration, ahmednagar

                      So, accordingly today, i went for passing to my local rto with the papers provided to me by the showroom.
                      But after reaching their and having word with them they brought one thing to my notice i. E. They told me that i will have to bear the rto charges as per the new govt. Guidelines, i. E. Increase in tax.
                      Which is i guess around 2-3% extra.
                      When i asked them the reason, they told me that though my invoice date is of[protected] but the sale note provided by the showroom bears the date as[protected], which comes under gst norms.

                      When i spoke with showroom quality manager, mr. Nagesh, he merely told me that the form 21/sale note gets issued by the rto department not by the showroom.
                      And since it was sunday in between so it got delayed…

                      Now, my question is does really form 21 get issued by rto?
                      What is the intervention of rto into it?
                      Ideally speaking the invoice date and the sale note date should be the same.

                      My concern is why the hell should a customer pay 2-3% (Or whatever) extra due to showroom’s fault or whatever.

                      When i again approached to my rto person then he very nicely told me that sale note or form 21 comes under the showroom’s purview.
                      Hence they should change it.

                      I again called up the above mentioned person to get irritating and unsatisfactory and argumentative statements.

                      Moreover; the crome fixed across my vehicle’s window pane is totally damaged and when i brought it to the notice of showroom people while getting the delivery, that time they told me that i would get the replacement in my next visit.

                      Nevertheless to say, should a customer keep on visiting the showroom to change the damaged parts every now and then???

                      Is it a joke that they are making out of servicing the customers?
                      Is this the service for which people opt in for maruti/nexa?

                      My concern is with both the complaints.
                      I want quick resolution since the expiry of the crtm date is 02-08-17.
                      I can’t play hide and seek with these showroom people who have no mannerism as how to talk and handle the customers’ requests/concerns.

                      After purchasing nexa ciaz dealer is not giving me temporary registration on promised time, so that I have to suffer with a big problem because I will have to go Kolkata for my mothers treatment . Now they are not giving me the same after 6 days of promising time

                        Its about a horrible mistake of 9 month old s-cross (Beta - deicel engine) vehicle battery going to down and the passenger stuck on road in heavy traffic. Now the car is in service center and almost passed two or more days with out any progress. I am already surviving almost 3 days from the issues that effected my job and business. I think this is a foolish mistake of your premium vehicle of nexa. So please forward your reply against this issues at the earliest.
                        I am waiting for your immediate action.

                            I have met an accident after that i went to vipul motors sector 63 service center they replaced my front glass, they made me wait for 1.5 hrs.
                            After a lot of hazel i received my car tuesday but when i took the car it was dark outside, after just reached to home i noticed my car front glass is cracked. Everything was planned according to them, they made me wait for 1.5 hrs, just b4 the showroom was going to close they delivered me the car. As it was dark i don’t have any records.
                            I called next day to service centre they told me some stone hitted in your car so glass is broken, but that was not the case.
                            I have already faced lots of trouble in receiving the car from nexa nd after we recieved, it is a damaged one... Now they are charging me again change the glass.

                              I met with an accident on 25th June. On 26th June I reached out to the Mayapuri Maruti Workshop to get it repaired. The workshop guy told me that they will start working on my car after 1st July due to GST (No idea why waited for GST). I had 0 debt insurance still i paid Rs3000 which included file charges and dont know what else. He gave me a definition of 0Debt and i still wonder why he took 2k extra. He called me on 5th July and told me my car is fixed only the right rear mirror is not repaired as they coudnt not get it anywhere. He told e thats again due to GST (Gosh!). Its been more than a week and my car will take more time. Badly disappointed with Mazuti workshops.

                              D D Mayapuri is a fraud. They misuse the cars and do not do their work properly. I am also filling a case against them. I own a Baleno Delta and they ruined my car with personal use and doing an accident.
                              My car baleno nexa i buy it November 2016 my car is not blance after speed of 120 so i beg to say that how can fix this problem. I am not satisfied with nexa.
                              My car is boleno Zeta, runs only22000km with 5yrs ...from last few months facing steering jam..how with such low running such type of problem coming...also during checking with last few yrs when raised these issues not taken care by service engineers...

                                I have taken Baleno Sigma (Petrol) model on 30th June.
                                In that, there is only front power windows and manual windows at rear. I want them to change to Power-Windows. But, NEXA bluntly denied this.

                                As far as I know, All other Car models of Maruti Suzuki like Wagon-R, Swift allow having power windows at rear with the additional cost of Accessory-kit.

                                So, why not for Baleno.Also, these people threatened us not to install power windows at the rear from outside as warranty of our new car will be hampered.

                                I want that NEXA should give us kit which provides power windows at rear and I am ready to pay the additional cost.

                                  My elder brother mr. Adarsh kumar approached m/s premsons motors on behalf of me for a deal of maruti ignis. An employee named mr. Ratnash roshan, relationship officer attended him. After detail discussion a deal was finalized and rs.11, 000/- has been accepted as advance and it was also agreed by both the parties that balance deal amount will be paid at the time of delivery i. E 08.07.2017. On the very next day the said employee rang me over mobile and asked for ₹ 1.0 lac which i informed to my brother. After 4-5 days i have again been approached by him and this time he demanded ₹ 2.0 lacs for invoicing. I told him that since the deal was finalized with my brother hence please contact him and i accordingly informed the same to my brother. Tonight i. E. 28.06.2017 my brother visited the premises of m/s premsons and this time the same employee demanded ₹ 3.0 lacs for invoicing. The same was discussed with the senior officer available that time and amazingly he denied all the earlier deals and asked to pay the full deal amount today only otherwise the deal will be cancelled. It is clear from the above that the employee of lying since beginning and the senior officials don't bother the same. Presently, i am staying at guwahati and it is quite impossible to visit ranchi immediately. Finally, the officials at dealer's premises misbehaved with my brother and cancelled the deal. It is quite embracing for me. Anyway, if my problem will not be solved at the earliest, i will go for another brand.

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is reference to the maruti ciaz zeta (Hybrid)- grey colour i have booked in nexa, pitampura, delhi. I have booked this car on 30th-may-2017 against the name of hcl technologies. On 20th june i have received a call from nexa showroom that they have received the confirmation from maruti suzuki that i will received my car before 30th june. I have booked this car against the company name. So based on the nexa executive confirmation on dates i have initiated the payment process in hcl technologies.
                                    Yesterday (27-june-2017) morning nexa executives (Ajay sharma & atul) has confirmed that i will get my grey colour ciaz zeta on 30th-june. But as soon as nexa dealer has received the payment from my bank, they have changed their statement. Now they are telling we are getting silver colour only, if you want you can take else we are giving to anyone else & you will get your car next month after applying the gst.

                                    In gst i will get this car 70, 00-80, 000 expensive. So anyhow i need this car in this month only. I have booked this car in may because of gst prices on hybrid car. Now on the last movement after getting the payment, nexa dealer is changing his statement. If this mistake is because of nexa dealer, than i want the action against him & if it is because of maruti suzuki than i want the compensation because i have booked grey colour 5 weeks before & now because of their internal mistakes they are giving me silver colour.

                                    I need car in this month only because of gst prices. So kindly take this on priority.
