Respected Sir/Madam,

I, G. Syam Prasad, working as Office Superintendent, DRM’s Office, South Central Railways, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I am a Physically Challenged person (“DIVYANG”) with percentage of 73% (polio left leg). In this connection Government of Andhra Pradesh Medical Board Three Men Committee has issued a Permanent Physical Medical Certificate (Sadaran certificate).

On 09.09.2019 I have purchased a specially designed auto gear car from Hyundai i.e., Santro AMT Sportz, vehicle number / RC NO: is AP39BZ6018 and also I have exempted for the road tax while purchasing the car.

When a circular issued NHAI for fastag then and there I have applied for an exempted for free Fastag at RO/Vijayawada and received acknowledge i.e, dated[protected]. After that I have inquired RO/ BZA authorities about my Fastag they said that due to lockdown and Carona pandemic occasion it got delayed. As per guidelines of NHAI authorities I have applied online and it is confirmed RO/BZA on 17.02.2021. Now the status is checked till 04.04.2021 it still kept pending in CO Division (status of copy is appended below).

Now I request your kind consideration please take necessary action and issue as early as possible my Free Fastag. Tollgate people are objecting to move the vehicle. But the SOP released 09.03.2021 exemption is available.
