Nielit — fee money of ccc submitted from my bank account but application form shows not paid

Sir,

I have erroneously applied for CCC exam from your institute instead of GTU Gandhinagar. A sum of Rs 590/- have been paid through dabit card. My application No is AJCCC0179972. Request refund my amount at the earliest as I do not want to do CCC exam from your NIELIT.

Respected sir,
I had applied for ccc exam (Every month cycle) on 11oct 2020 and submitted the fee on 11 Oct 2020 and money was deducted from my bank account but application form shows "not paid" status.
Please help me to get my money back or submission of form.

Fees payment by Google pay Ist and IInd time will amazon pay both payment sites are successful but when I check again nielit sss payment do not pay
