Sir our dispenser is not working. We complaining to our technician. He is not response properly. We need paint urgent. But the dispenser problem. Please resolve the problem as much as possible.

I am currently using NIPPON paints for painting my house after a 6 days the paint is one of the worst which i have ever seen, it did not have enough coverage, and the finish is too bad, last time i had used only 12 Liters of paints for interior where currently i have used 23 liters currently, and still it is not finished. Am totally upset with my experience with you. The paint was brought from Orion Paints, Omassery, Kozhikode, Kerala. Am totally dissatisfied, A whopping amount was spent and results were soo poor, And the same was my experience with different shades of yours. Can you do anything to address the issue

i am from devakottai.i have painted my house fully with nippon paint which is frst time in our area under guidance of nippon devakottai and karaikudi dealer name shakul. crtly at after 1 year the paint at every places got rubbed and become tared byitself and whole building paint becomes fate.immediately and the end of the year i call the dealer shakul to come and visit our home for tat prlbm.but he avoid after the continuous phone call he visited our home and call person from company to verify its building damage or paint.but the person who come and see says tat it is our side fault and i will speak with the company and gives solution he says.after he visited oneweek no call from them.. i rapdily continuos call to him.and he says its building fault and also says i will try like tat, till now this is 3rd year of painting.at buying time he gives 5 yr warranty, now i ask him above that he avoided and acts rude. at finally i says to him i[censored] not take proper final then i will move to civil court and put a case on you. i think so this is the last chance i try. herealso if no response i move to court and put a case on respected persons.

The package of the buckets are tends to easily opened and damaged. Whenever the buckets are moved for one place to another, most of the times it gets opened and we are suffered. Especially transportation of paint by customers. So i pleased u to make better package for avoidance of damage and long lasting.

Hi, We bought Deep sea blue and Autumn blaze exterior paints 4days before. 3 coats of painting was done 2 days before. But in yesterday’s evening drizzle water droplets got sticked towards wall and even though it got dried still water drops layer is visible. This problem is only with Deep sea blue (NP PB 1554 A) exterior paint. Other exterior colors dont have this problem. Have attached photo

Sir. Before one mont we are applied your brand two coat wall putty and applied one coat paint, yesterday (03.07.2020) i am saw my house your wall putty exfoliation i am totally apset because we planed innaguration but now totaly colapsed your product, pls what to do? Reply me.

I painted my home before 5months with nippon paint, but now colors are damaged, and i tryed to compliment about the issue to the local dealer of pondicherry but there is no good response from the dealer, i completely disappointed with nippon paint. The product of nippon paint is not good, waste of money and time, so people those who are reading this massage please don't use nippon paint

I am sathis from tiruppur-tamilnadu, your nippon tiruppur team has completed painting work for my home by april 2019. But still i didn't get warranty certificate (10 years) and nippon bloby for nippon paint. After continuous followup i didnt get proper response from nippon tiruppur team. They are always saying like its under progress will get you soon. As of now i didnt get any firm date for warranty certificate and bloby. Similar kind of delay issues were faced during the painting work.

I have moved saudi arabia for work. Still i trying to get the warranty certificate from nippon team the didnt response.

So kinldy provide the warranty certificate and bloby as soon as possible.

My self vayetheysvaran from erode, tamil nadu, india. Bought nippons exterior interior and nippon momentum designs for roughly 1lakhs for my homes nearly about 3bedroom and 2hall which was 2months before and the staff from nippon came one evening and urgently completed 3bedroom wall designing withing the night roughly within 3hours in low light and left and he told it will be clear in 1days time and we left that undisturbed but when the result came it was not as expected or not shown in picture because of the uneven spreading of designs where one stop it was too much and in one spot it was nothing nothing is even in entire wall and 3bedroom is fully wasted and when i enquired this to the nippon staff he didn't even respond correctly which make us so depressed and untrustworthy we tried all the way to contact him but there is no options he going to reach us back out of patience i am writing this mail hoping someone would help to sort this issues we spent sum of money for make our home look nice but now it's ruined and completely wasted it's look like a old house where the paint starts to pealoff so please do the needful as soon as possible and help to sort this out soon we planned for a housewarming function withing this week so please finish the issues before that thank you

We would like bring to your notice, that after completion of work within 2 months the paint's are pelled. We complaint to the office and they came and taken photograph and told me to wait for 10days to get approval. After that they are not turn back for 1 month. We once again went to office and ask about the approval. They told me approval received we will start work in[protected]. But still today they are not turn back or pick my calls. I need solution within one week otherwise I will go to consumer Court.

I purchased nippon paint for my home on 10/12/2018 (Invoice date). But still i didn't received nippon bloby, aside of me i sent all the details like home photo and invoice details to the concern team. But they are not properly responding. I submit my details on before three months, but still they told it will under process like that, when i going for purchase they told bloby will be delivered with in 15 days like that but still it was pending from your end. It will create bad impression about your product. Here after am not suggests your paint to my friends and my relations until the blobby delivered. I have purchased nippon paint for amounting for rs22000 still i din receive the flobby the dealer is not taking any steps to give me flobby. I am tha project manager of construction company still i din receive my flobby.. Its nearly one month still i din receive my floppy i always recommend nippon paints in my company when your dealer di like this i have to change to other panits.. I bought paint from sps agency coimbatore to paint my house exterior colour.. Do the needful as early as possible

Sir, i have purchased the nippon paint material at the cost of rs.55, 000/ which includes primer, exterior and interior emulsion, enamel paints, wall patty damp roof material., etc., after purchase, the dealer told me that the materials will be supplied with 2hrs to the work site. Hence, i have returned back to work. The painting has been continued by the painters. After three days i came to know that the materials supplied by the dealer are completely fraudulent and instead of the nippon, they have supplied the neyveli based company materials. These causes mental agony and tension. Hence, i request you to guide me for the settlement of the issue that the ways and means for the refund of the same.

I have used Nippon Nax Superio for painting the windows and doors, Sadly bubbles are getting formed on the surfaces and paint is getting peeled off. This is mostly happened in the area exposed to sunlight. Tried reapplying the paint after chipping and again the bubbles are getting formed.

Totally disappointed with the product.

This is a newly constructed house and much appreciated if you could take this up in priority.

I recently painted with nippon paint in my entire house and after 2 weeks the walls, windows and doors, and roof ceiling is full of black coloured fungus and in some areas the paint is getting detached from the wall.. We have painted with white and light grey shades. The entire house is stinking and looks dirty. My old parents living there are getting sick day by day. Its hard to live in such kind of an atmosphere. Please do the needful. We almost spend 4 lakhs for painting purposes. Looking forward for a reply.

We built our house in 2015 and painted with nippon paint. We purchased noppon paint more than the value of 500000 five lakes indian rupees from natraj store, palayankottai, tirunelveli. Now the paint is removing from the walls, ceiling. Please visit our house and resolve the issue.
Note: i recommend nippon paint to my friends in india who built houses recently. They are working in yokogawa, japanese company.

We know that japanese are no compromises in quality.

I have asked mutharamman paints (Muthuvel v, nemilichery) to paint my house through nippon paints, but after receiving around 2 lakhs, he did the job partially and stopped painting my house. I tried to contact his mobile but it was switched off. When nippon was contacted they told me they cannot do anything. The painter (Contractor) has vacated the house and he is absconding.
