Any minor touching on the wall is producing a black mark, like a pencil sketch. I have registered a complaint vide reference[protected]. A person from nippon trivandrum came two days back and inspected. His number is [protected].

I told him it's hardly one week and all this is happening. He said ha will revert.

I tried calling him yesterday and today.

The shop owner ' santhosh paints, thirumala, trivandrum. Is in cahoots with the painter.

So at present painting is stopped.

After hearing from you only i will proceed.

സാർ എം.ബി സജികുമാർ സാ ജൂ ഭവനം പാലാ കോട്ടയം ഡിസ്ട്രിക്റ്റ് കേരള എന്ന ഞാൻ ഒരു പെയിന്ററാണ്.ഞാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ[protected] സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ പാലായിയെ pvt paints ൽ നിന്നും പെയിന്റെടുത്ത ആളാണ് നിപ്പോൺ പെയിന്റ്സ് പെയിന്റർമാർക്കായി ഒരു പോയിന്റ് സ്കീം നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. ഞാൻ ഇരുപതിനായിരം പോയിന്റ് കരസ്ഥമാക്കുകയും 7500/ രൂപയ്ക്ക് അർഹനാവുകയും ചെയ്തു. എനിക്ക് ഗിഫ്റ്റ് കാർഡ് നിപ്പോൺ പെയിന്റ്സ് അനുവദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. എന്റെ ഗിഫ്റ്റ് കാർഡ് നമ്പർ 4077 xxxxxxxx 4433 r's 7500/ dated 29/8/2017 ഈ ഗിഫ്റ്റ് കാർഡ് നിപ്പോൺ പെയിന്റ് സിൽ നിന്നും ഡീലറെ എൽപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു എന്നാൽ ഡീലർ ഈ കാർഡ് എനിക്ക് തരുന്നില്ല കാരണമെന്തെന്നാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലുള്ള ചെറിയ പ്രശ്നമാണ് ഒരു വർഷം പ്രസ്തുക കടയിൽ നിന്നും പെയിന്റെടുത്ത ഒരു വൃക്തിയാണ് ഞാൻ ആ കടയിൽ നിന്നും നിപ്പോൺ പെയിന്റ് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ എടുത്ത ആളും ഞാനാണ് ഒറ്റ പൈസാ പോലും ഞാൻ കടയിൽ കൊടുക്കാനില്ല എന്നാൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ ജൂൺ മാസത്തിൽ ഒരു വീടിലേക്ക് 12850/ രൂപയ്ക്ക് ഞാൻ സാധനം എടുക്കുകയും വീട്ടുകാർ ടി തുക കൊടുക്കാൻ ഒരു പത്തിരുപത് ദിവസം സാവകാശം ചോദിച്ചത് ടിയാന് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടില്ല ടിയാനും മകനും കൂടി എന്നെ നിരന്തരം അസഭ്യം പറയുകയും ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും കടയിൽ വരുന്ന മറ്റു പെയിന്റർമാരോട് എന്നെ പറ്റി മോശമായി പറയുകയും ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് ഇരുന്നു നിരന്തരം എന്നെ ഫോണിൽ വിളിച്ച് ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ഞാനാണ് കടയിൽ നിന്നും സാധനമെടുത്തതെന്നും വീട്ടുകാർ തരാത്ത തൊന്നും അവർക്കറിയേണ്ട ഞാൻ പൈസാ കൊടുക്കണമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞായിരുന്നു ഭീഷണി അവസാനം സഹികെട്ട് ഞാൻ വീട്ടുകാരെ കണ്ട് എനിക്ക് നാണം കെട്ടിട്ട് വഴിയിൽ കൂടി നടക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ലന്നും അതിനാൽ എങ്ങനെയെങ്കിലും പൈസാ ഉണ്ടാക്കി തരണമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. അന്നു തന്നെ വീട്ടുകാർ പൈസാ തന്നു പാലാ ഹൈവേയിൽ രണ്ടു രണ്ടര കോടി രൂപയുടെ വീട്ടുകാരാണ് പത്തിരുപത് ദിവസം അവദി ചോദിച്ചത്.ആ വീട്ടുകാർ എന്നോട് ചോദിച്ചത് സജി ക്ക് നാണമില്ലേ ഈ കടയിൽ നിന്നും സാധനമെടുക്കാൻ സജിക്ക് പാലായിലെ ഏതു കടയിൽ നിന്ന് എത്ര ലക്ഷം രൂപായ്ക്ക് സാധനം വേണം ഒരു പൈസാ യ്ക്കും ആരും വിളിക്കുകയില്ല സജി കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അവർ വാങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളും എന്ന് സാർ ഞാൻ നാണംകെട്ടു പോയി പാലായിലെ എല്ലാ കടയിൽ നിന്നും എനിക്ക് സാധനം കിട്ടും ഒരു കടയിലും പൈസാ കൊടുക്കാനില്ല' ഈ ഒരു പ്രശ്നം കാരണം ടിയാന്റെ കടയിൽ നിന്നും പെയിന്റെടുക്കുന്നത് ഞാൻ നിർത്തി ഈ വൈരാഗ്യം കാരണം ഡീലർ എന്റെ കാർഡ് എനിക്ക് തരുന്നില്ല സാർ ഞാൻ ഒരു വർഷം കഴ്s പ്പെട്ട പൈസാ യാ ണ് ഞാൻ രണ്ടു മൂന്ന് പ്രാവശ്യം കസ്റ്ററ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ച് കംപ്ലയിന്റ് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും എനിക്ക് നീതി ലഭിച്ചില്ല കൂടാതെ കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ മെയിൻ മാനേജരായ വിജയ് എന്ന ആളെ വിളിച്ച് കംപ്ലയിന്റ് പറഞ്ഞു എന്നിട്ടും എനിക്ക് നീതി ലഭിച്ചില്ല.ഇപ്പോൾ വിജയ് എന്റെ നമ്പർ ബിസ്സിയാക്കി ഇട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ് സാർ എന്റെ പേരിൽ കമ്പനി എനിക്ക് തന്ന സാധനം ഒരുകടക്കാരൻ കൈവശം വെയ്ക്കുന്നത് ശരിയാണോ അതിന്റെ യദാർത്ത ഉടമയായ ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് കമ്പനിക്ക് ഒരു ഡീലറിനെ മാത്രം മതിയോ പെയിന്റർ മാരേ വേണ്ടേഞങ്ങളില്ലായെങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങളില്ല: അതിലൊരു ഇടനിലക്കാരൻ മാത്രമാണ് കടക്കാരൻ കടക്കാരൻ സാധനം വാങ്ങി വെച്ചിട്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ പെയിന്റെടുത്തില്ലായെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടം നിപ്പോൺ പെയിന്റിനാണ് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒന്നും നഷ്ടപ്പെടാനില്ല സാർ ഞാൻ കൂടുതൽ പറയുന്നില്ല' സമക്ഷത്തിൽ ദയവുണ്ടായി കമ്പനി എനിക്ക് തന്ന ഗിഫ്റ്റ് എനിക്ക് തന്നെ കിട്ടുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടി ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു എന്ന് സജികുമാർ മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ [protected]

Nippon paint organized a job campus in my college Govt. polytechnic lakhimpur kheri on 8 july 16.HR team selected 20 candidates after written test and exam.
HR manager told that selected candidates can join the from 19 sep 16.
He called 5 candidates only, even though their performance was not well in exam and told other 15 candidate that he will recruit soon including me.Now its 5 months passed and he never contacted us.

I have placed an order of Nippon PU Clear(Radiant)to M/s Garg iron store Bathinda against advance payment.The dealer does not supplied the material which I have demanded.Now the dealer and company representative Mr Manmeet are refusing to exchange that material.

selling us a poor quality paint and not giving warrenty of their paint and not lisening our complaint
i had submitted the complaint but they not replaces our paint

your engineering team had visited the site . they are not tending to solve the problem . they had not lessoned to our problems and they are saying that Its your fault that paint had become.
I m thinking now we had done wrong decision to bought paint of your company .
Now I m sending the complaint to the TV channels that not to advertise this company . and broadcast office of government to ban your company to broadcast your advertisement due to low quality of paint.
I am going to Consumer court for not attending our complaint and giving us a poor quality of paint .
this is a very serious issue .

today I called him he says that u had consumed less paint in more area but we had consumed paint more than specifications . he is misguiding us and you.

This type of person spoiling the reputed name of NIPPON PAINTS . this will be very bad for your company's sales and future.
If you will not take any decision now . I will go to the consumer court and I will give your company Honorable High Court samans to your company.

this type of behavior of your company representative will not be tolerable.kick out this type of chap from your reputed company. he is spoiling you company's Name .
He spoken names to my father mother and abused me tooo. this is very serious issue.

"we had done our exterior paintings done by using nippon paints(Sumo)from aishwarya enterprises and c r enterprises hennur main road, bangalore whose mob no is[protected] on 12/02/2014 and 20/02/2014 . But now a week after painting is done it is getting peeled off in some places . We have already informed to the dealer but no action has been taken so far. He is blaming our painters where they are no where connected to the painting material.Pl take some necessary action regarding this thanking youdevananda rao"

I had this terrible experince with M/s Nippon Paints.

We were rennovating the house and was getting the repainting done. It was said to be a "new generation" paint that came as "white base" and the local store had to add the "stainer" for the color shade. We picked the " Weatherbond" type since it was for the exterior and paid approximately 400 INR per liter for the paint.

It was fading the colour by a week after the completion. I contacted the local store, the owner listened to my complaint, and promised to help me. I lodged my complaint 50 days
back and nothing has happened since then (today is 7th Apr 2009). I shared my
experince with 2 other paint dealers selling other brands, and both told that it was very
unfortunate. The response time their brands would normally take was a week at the maximum, I was told. They sold Nerolac and Asian Paints, BTW.

So, here is my advice to all. Never buy - Nippon Paints. Stick with known brands; you
are going to save money, time and headache.

I heard the phones ringing. Nobody answers. Quite clear, right !!

Nippon paint is just another bloody Chinese brand that wants to take
advantage o[censored]nprotected customers, like you and me in India. They would do
even shoe licking in the Europe and in the Americas.

If you have any suggestions, how to take up this to the court, let me know.

If Nippon Paints would address my grievence, I will come back and post it here.
