Nissan — Complaint Regarding Milage GIVING 10.5KM /L MILAGE

I have Purchased Magnite XE in 2023, in khammam, Telangana state. Selling time, they said milage 18-20 km pl, but I expected 15-16km in city is enough, but its giving 10.5 km I'm residing in light traffic city, easily I can use 4th gear in city, I have raised Complaint in Service center about milage at 1st servicing time, they said After Engine Oil Change, I'll get Good Milage, 2nd Service Also Completed 20k driven Completed, now I asked about milage issue, they asking me my Local driving video & highway driving video,

Completely inefficient technicians, don't even have proper Knowledge
all the time doing time pass only, Irresponsible,
expecting Solution from the Superior level,

for 2314 kilometers its consumed 219L of petrol
Standby Mode without AC, RPM 2 points Reflecting
