Dear, sir/ madam
My complaint against the hk nissan sale and service centre located at bye pass srinagar kashmir: i purchase new vehicle from the company in dec-2018, but continuously i found my vehicle useless, i contact the automobile engineer he told me that the vehicle is accidental and from last two weeks my vehicle is stopped, i contact the g. M. And service manager of the workshop but get negative response from them. From lost two weeks i loss huge amount and respect of my parents due to this problem. I am working in cbi namely mubashir and my wife is driven tour and travel agency. I humble request to you kindly solve the issue.in my life i got big mistake that i purchase the vehicle from nissan motors, because the only sell the cars but not give the service to consumers,

    I m a job person i think to buy a car and attached in taxi for some extra money in part time work... When i go through nissan indore sales man ravindra made a high promises that he will attach a car with ola wid his responsiblity... And another thingh u dont need to pay emi with ur pocket... Now the 11 month is going not a single response came from him... Even i didnt get my registration card... Whenever i ask for that they just ignoring with some words... And fake promises... Now the situation is that i cant pay a single money for emi finance company seizing my car in this one of them fellow was also there nikunj from mahindra finance... I m not bothering about that car id going to be return but i loose my job and now the situation is very bad i want strict action on this i hav all call recording regarding this... If some thing not taken i can make a bad steps towards suicide by blaming them... I m so upset that they make fake promise just to sell a car a low class boy i dont earned to much from job... Plzzz follw my case its humble request..

      I had paid rs.208000/- as an advance of booking of nissan kicks from evm automobiles, calicut, kerala-673305. Now they are forcing me to take insurance from a higher rate from their showroom. That i am not agreeing and forced to cancel my booking. Now they are not refunding my advance amount, please register a complaint and resolve my issue.

        Disappointed with the attitude of the company that inspite of so many complaints, no action is being taken to attend to the problem& remove the defect of oxygen censor of my Datsun-go car 2015 model. I’m unable to understand as to how many times the complaints are to be submitted & each time the complaint is neglected with the plea of shortness.So try to attend to the complaints.

          I Adv. Deepak Kumar Dass Resident of House Number 102, Sector 37, Faridabad 121003, Haryana, writing to your company about the problem with my car having registration in my name bearing RC number DL2CQ 8801, make 2013 & purchase in January 2014. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because during a drive on 31.05.2019 my car caught fire near the bonnet without any warning signs. I was not injured since I came up in time before car centrally locked, but my car has suffered a fair amount of damage. I have lodge a police complaint as well for the same. There was obviously some negligence during the manufacture of my car, which has resulted into it catching fire. This could have been very fatal accident but due to our immediate action and luckily it was happened near to my home where I got quick help from neighbours, action to control the fire no injury occurred. I am writing this letter of complaint to put to your knowledge that a car which was manufactured by you is defective and could lead to serious damages and injuries. As a result of this incident the car is damaged and cannot be used further. I brought it to my usual BM Nissan Service Centre in Faridabad, where they will give me an estimate for the full repairs to the damages on the vehicle. Sir, I want to investigate the reason of this default and indemnify my damages by will whatever incurred due to this incidence.

            Refer my previous complaints. Purchased datsun-go car in 7/2015 but from the very beginning oxygen censor became a headache as after three/four months a yellow light appeared on the dashboard indicating malfunctioning of engine. Each time the agency deleted the yellow light but the problem again surfaced. Now on 21/5/2019 the agency changed some part & charged rs.1500/- from me which is wrong as it was the fault of the company for this defect. My amount should be refunded immediately.

            No action has been taken by the company/car agency so far. Some part was said to be changed to rectify the fault of oxygen censor but after running of the car from km 19852 to 20300 the yellow light has again started glowing. It means that the censor fault is not rectified but the company/agency is unable to rectify failure of oxygen censor. The problem is being faced from the very star of purchasing of the car.

            The problem has not been resolved permanently as yet . Only assurances are given & it is shown resolved without actual rectification of the fault. The company will be responsible for any mishap.

            Today again the yellow light has started glowing & the company has not been able to find solution to this fault so far inspite of so many complaints. The light indicates malfunctioning of the engine due to which any mishap can occure for which the company will be responsible.

              We have Nissan tarrano car. Car number is GJ-5-JK-9438.
              Our car is pulled to the left side. My car for this problem from 10 days in the Nissan tarrano surat service station.
              They called change Jumper and tire. So we changed jumper and tire but we did not get any accurate results.
              The problem is often to put a nissan service stition for repair of our carriages. But we still do not have any exact result.
              And this problem has since last 1 year.
              So you give us a quick result as soon as possible.

                Vehicle # hr 29 ak 6748, service date - 16.05.19
                I had asked for a pickup and drop service for my car. Driver came to pickup the vehicle on said time 9:45am and at 11:45 am i got a call from service center to whatsapp my rc to get the details of the vehicle. I mentioned to him the basic complaint of changing the broken lever for adjusting the driver seat backrest, and to do a regular oil change. After that there was no communication and i had to call at 5:45pm to inquire about the car and whats the estimate. The service personal mr. Basil told me that the estimate is close to inr 7000 and on inquiring why is it so much he mentioned that charges for drycleaning, wheel alignment etc are added apart from regular service. Then i told him why this was not told to me before starting work on my car, he simply said the customer service manager will call you in five mins and your car will be delivered the next day by 1pm and hung the phone. The call never came. Next day the call came at 10:58am and the person said that we need to change the wiper blades, radiator fan, two bearings in the driver seat and the battery. On cross questioning why the radiator fan needs to be replaced he could not explain as to why, but told me it costs inr 6000/-, on telling him that the battery is only six months old and still under warranty he offered to take it to exide showroom and get it changed, for which again i refused. Eventually i told him to send the vehicle back which he said will be delivered by 1pm. The vehicle was delivered to me at 4:30pm and on checking the bill there were charges for a key chain and on checking with the delivery driver who cross checked with the service advisor, i was told to less the amount from the total bill and settle the bill. The bill had cleaning charges of inr 800 but the car was not cleaned properly and there was dust inside the door comparments. Not only the service center tried to cheat me by putting extra charges in my bill of key chain, they also did not rectify my basic complan of driver seat broken adjustable lever. They also failed to take consent of the estimated charges before starting the service of my car.
                I feel cheated by this service station and also overcharged for a basic service of oil change.
                Service stations like these only bring about bad reputation to nissan india, i'll be thinking twice before buying a nissan vehicle again.

                  I am the owner of nissan terrano car got serviced at vibrant nissan at gachibowli hyderabad today. Vehicle number ts15em6162. They had delivered my vehicle without cleaning inside the vehicle. After taking delivery i came to my home and saw the dust at speedometer, gear cover, and window switch. I am sending the pics. They have charged for washing also. I handed over my car on[protected] @ 11:15 am and they delivered it next day that is on[protected] @ 7:45 pm.

                    I purchased kicks few days back. Your sales executives at Okhla YouWe Dealer Delhi have misled me throughout the purchase. They showed a different model and sold another one.

                    After the purchase when I checked, 4-5 key features due to which I had made the purchase were not present in the car.I wish to raise this to the highest authorities.This is not expected from a brand like Nissan.I demand compensation.

                      I have a nissan car model micra reg no jh10ax3388. Met with an accident on 02/04/2019. The very next day we reached your service center i. E. Animesh nissan in dhanbad on 03/04/2019. But till date car is not repaired by your service center. We have inquired several time but no proper response received from your service manager. Every time they provide us different date and time even all parts are not available in the service center.
                      Kindly let me know how many days are required to get my car repaired. Almost 30 days have passed and there is no alternative arrangements given by the service center due to that i have to suffer lots hope u guys take the matter seriously.

                        nissan 1.2 dig-t oil loss problem

                        As an owner of qashqai 1.2 dig-t a/t (Year 2014), i live in çorlu/tekirdağ turkey.
                        Unfortunately, i have to send an e-mail directly to you because nissan call center in turkey just says “your car is out of limited time warrany, so nothing to do but pay the whole repair expenses by yourself” instead of finding a satisfactory solution for the problem!
                        I bought this car in january, 2015. I use this car with almost no problem...

                        Purchased above car during july-2015, the registration no. Hr05ap-8858. From very beginning the oxygen censor has become headache. Once it was replaced in warranty & twice with payment but each time it gets problem of a yellow light on the dashboard all time. On many occasions it was got deleted & it again came live. Complaints have been lodged many times but no solution is still awaited. So again it requested to get the problem solved otherwise the company will be responsible for any mishap.

                          Sir,
                          I am dr thomas joseph, the owner of your esteemed nissan terano, trivandrum, kerala having reg. No. Kl-01-ce-79. I am maintaining my car with due diligence and utmost care. Prior to the purchase of this vehicle, i had vehicles of different make and models such as maruthi swift, lancer, mahendra armada, ambassador etc. I am using my own car for the last 30 years and i will not engage any driver or lease out the car to any third party. I am self driven and using the car only for my official and personal purposes.
                          I had swich over to nissan terano considering your brand value and value added services. But i am very unhappy with the service support given by your trivandrum dealer, viz. Marakkar motors. I purchased the terano from them during nov 2017 and the other details may be taken from the rc book attached
                          Date of incident: :[protected] to[protected]
                          Full description of the incident:
                          Vehicle given for normal service due on 2 years or 20000 kms. No other complaint at the time of service. The service adviser also verified the vehicle and reported no complaints (Refer copy of service request attached)
                          After detailed checking, it is intimated that the battery is weak and it shall be given to the battery dealer for replacement. But i had not felt or experience any battery complaint or starting problems. Even then. I had consented to do so relying the technical opinion from your service experts. It is also informed me that the vehicle shall be retained in the service station for 24 hrs. On examining the battery by the dealer, it is confirmed that there is no complaint for battery. After that i got call from the service station that break is not working properly. But i said i had not experienced any problems in the break and ask them to keep the same if there is no major problem and further life period. Then i had demanded the service adviser to check the vehicle totally after conducting test drive in view of my long drive after the service. They had conducted test drive and informed me that every thing is perfect and finally the vehicle handed over to me at 6.15 pm on[protected] and charged me rs 8194 as per the tax invoice no 431 dtd 25-4-19 and i had paid the bill taken delivery of the vehicle.
                          On the way to my home. I had experienced difficulties in stiffing the gear and the clutch is found to be not working properly and after some time, i could not able to change the gear and finally vehicle has been parked somewhere near to attakulankara which is around 4 kms from the service station and reported the same service adviser that the clutch is not working. He then told me that there is no problem in clutch on their examination during the course of service and advised me to call the nissan road assistance since the vehicle is within the warranty period and accordingly my vehicle is taken by the ras of nissan at 9 pm on 25-4-`19 after waiting me around more than 2.5 hrs on the road side
                          Resolution of my complaint
                          There is clutch problem for my vehicle and i strongly suspect that the entire problem is a planted one, may be the clutch of my vehicle replace with some faulty clutches of other old vehicles with more wear and tear. My vehicle is a new vehicle having only 25000 running kms. And the clutch working properly and there is no indication of faulty symptoms of
                          Grinding noice, shifting troubles, slipping tendencies, soft clutch or spongy feelings, rpm variations etc. As evidenced by the detailed verification by your service technicians during the course of the service undertaken by them
                          Moreover, under ideal driving conditions, clutches will last for more tan 1.5 lakh kms.in this case vehicle is well, maintained by me, self driven, well serviced at regular intervals as per nissan specifications.
                          Even then it is informed from the service centre that the clutch is fully damaged and it needs to be replaced. If that is the case, i suspect some fraud from the service technicians and hence the immediate intervention from the company is inevitable, failing which i will lodge police complaint for detailed investigation for detecting the fraud suspected by me from your authorised service centre at trivandrum., including filing of consumer cases for damages and losses suffered by me

                          NISSAN Terano Clutch completely damaged @25000 KMS ?
                          With great regret it is informed that my complaint is not resolved . Initially I suspect your dealer . But they clarified that their service center is under Surveillance and there is least possibility for replacement of clutch with other vehicles, . If that is the case I want to ascertain how the clutch is fully damaged at 25000 KMS.

                            I have datsun redigo (Up16bs6741) since first service i have complaint regarding battery discharge problem since first service. Battery discharge if car park for 4-5day's idealy. After it car start by stand by battery. But no one check properly and check the battery.in last visit at 16-04-19 the service centre they pick my car for servicing in (18/04/19) and confirm us the battery is week please replace from amraon service center. When i visit the amaron service centre they inform us battery warranty leaps.

                            Please confirm us why we wear the battery cost if battery is faulty from first day.

                              I purchased nissan terano disel model on from sparsh nissan dwarka newdelhi on 10th of november 2015, vechicle utilisations is low, unto now only 13000 km driven. On 2018 july i had problem while driving the vechile will stop some times get slow giving jerk very frequently. As the vechicle was used rarely, i replaced the battery but no improvement so i went to the service station in dwarka, he advised to clean fuel tank, nozzle cleaning and fuel filter replacement. But nil help. Again the problem continues now the service stations mech is asking to change the fuel pump which is very costly as well as some fuel hose. I am surprised what is quality of the component. After approx ten thousand km operation how can a fuel pumps can fail. Please help me to resolve me the issue as i have called again the service station as the vechile is very dangerous to drive with the kids. My request to replace the fuel pump with free of charge.                                 Dear concerned.

                                I am using nissan micra since 2015 and off late started experiencing inordinate delay in getting the same serviced by your kalamassery evm dealer.

                                Recently i had given my car on 2nd of april to your evm nissan, kalamassery vide their job card number 3987 and still this is not done and is still saying that the spares are not available.

                                Vehicle got an accident in the front side and if you are taking one month time to get a car repair, please not.. No one is going to recommend your company.

                                In addition, if they said, they will take one month time to repair, we would have looked for some other option, instead they were saying that it will be taking 5 working days to get the spare and so naturally i expected that within 5-6 days time vehicle will get repair and that was my planning.

                                Instead i was forced to take a car from your own firm for my travelling on 12th of april. All these are additional expenses for me because of your laxity.

                                Kindly take up the matter with the concerend and revert to me with its possibility to deliver the vehicle tomorrow itself as i need to travel on 24th.

                                  I am the owner of a nissan terrano from feb. 2014. For the past 5 years, i have been getting my car repaired and serviced at evm nissan, nettoor, ernakulam. Of late, the services rendered at the body shop has deteriorated considerably. Frequent change in managers and staff, air conditioners and fans not working, inordinately long delays in getting your car repaired. For example, i have given my terrano for repairs on saturday, april 06th. Till date (Friday, april 19th), the work has not commenced. Already 13 days elapsed. Reason being that spares have to come from nissan chennai. I'm told it will take another 15 days to get my car. Totally unacceptable. If this is the standard of service levels at evm nettoor, i strongly urge potential nissan buyers to please be careful while buying a nissan car.

                                    I am using datsun redi go from last 2 year. My car number is mh 47 q 1833. But from 3- 4 month i m suffering from car problem. My car is not started properly. Some time it's get stop in road. I have shown two times to company's service centre. After check up in service centre car works well for few days but after few days a problem appear as it is. I need permanent solution on it. I am suffering from few months. Still my car is in warranty period. Tomorrow i am again sending a car in service center, but this time i want to be proper cure of problem.

                                      My nissan sunny vehicle was met with an accident on 06/02/2019. And i have given my vehicle for service in cjn hi-tech moters pvt, ltd. At tirupathi and the service manager has promised me saying that from the date of work starts he will deliver my car with in two months but now its almost three months is running they have not yet delivered my car and the service manager is not responding me properly and they not answer my calls and they dont intimate the work progress too. And they asked me for advance payment as i havent heared from any other service points. And mean while they told me that they charge me 250/- per day if i dont take deliver once the vehicle is ready, so its almost three months they have not yet completed the work, who is responsible for this issue??? They speak all about their rules and timings as its delay from their side and irresponsible people of service, so what kind of help can nissan company provide me.
