I had visited Dada Motors Jalandhar opp haveli for purchasing a new car and paid ₹10, 000 as token money on payment date 11 August 2025. Due to some unavoidable family issues, I am unable to proceed with the purchase at this time.
I kindly request you to initiate the refund of my token amount of ₹10, 000 at the earliest. The payment was made via [cash/UPI/card/cheque – specify], and the receipt number is [receipt number if available].

Dear All
I am writing to strongly request the immediate refund of my token money amount of ₹10, 000, which I had paid to Dada Motors for booking a car. Due to personal/family reasons, I could not proceed with the purchase and had already informed your team regarding the cancellation.
Despite multiple follow-ups and even a formal complaint, I am still being told "today or tomorrow" regarding my refund. I was assured that the amount would be credited to my account by [insert last promised date/time, e.g., yesterday 12:00 PM], but till now no payment has been made.
It has already been over one month, and this unnecessary delay is causing me great inconvenience. I kindly request you to process my refund immediately and confirm the transaction details. If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with no option but to escalate this issue to higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
I expect your urgent attention to this matter.
